Got a call from ASNI company yesterday - they left a message to call them. I've been going head to head with Sprint with an ongoing war regarding their blatant fraudulent attempts at extortion over a  year old account which was paid in full. In a nutshell - I signed up in March 2012 for a NO CONTRACT service agreement - long story short, 6 months later when I went to cancel to go with another provider - they try to slap me with a $172 early termination fee. I ask them to supply me with the contract agreement I supposedly signed - they conveniently "could not provide it at that time". They then turned the charge over to a collection agency. I even had my bank do an investigation, claiming I was in the right and they were not to deduct this amount from my account. I have reported this issue about Sprint to all 3 credit bureaus... Equifax and Experian have cleared me of any obligation while Transunion must be sleeping with someone at Sprint.... hashing it out with them currently. THESE PEOPLE AT SPRINT ARE THIEVES .... BELIEVE ME, THEY WOULD NOT WANT TO GET ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMERS IN THE SAME ROOM TOGETHER AT THE SAME TIME.... IT WOULD BE THE END OF THEM!!!!  I am not going to post my regular email address, but if anyone has had a similar type situation with SPrint or the ASME company, please email me at chinaberry1202@gmail.com. I got this call on my cellphone.Didn't answer it and they left no message so I called back and it said it was ASNI Collections.

FWIW, it's "AFNI Collections", not ASNI.

I PAID OFF A DEBT THAT WAS TURNED OVER TO ASNI BY ALTELL. I MADE PAYMENT IN FEBRUARY, BUT THE NEGATIVE REPORT IS STILL ON MY CREDIT REPORT AND ALTELL SAYS THEY NEVER RECEIVED PAYMENT. I HAVE A STATEMENT FROM NY CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT THIS DEBT WAS IN FACT CHARGED TO MY CARD. WHAT CAN I DO TO ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM CORRRECTLY.

I got  a call from ASNI, supposedly a debt collector,  from 866-647-0881 in connection with a small amount due to Sprint for a phone fraudulently acquired by a former employee of my organization. The person (a man) was upnoxious, one of those individuals who does not listen to reasoning and who is apparently interested in getting money at all cost.

Does naybody know ASNI?
