Phone call from "the Brick" about promotions. I believe it's a type of call-centre that's hired by the owners of "the Brick" to pass on information to customers who have Brick credit cards. I could be wrong. They told me about upcoming specials for card owners and went into great detail about all of it. They asked for confirmation of my name, address and that's all. They are the ones who mentioned the information (name, address) but nothing else. They didn't ask for the card number, bank account or anything which I felt was "sensitive". The person gave me her name twice, and the number to call if I was suspicious.
I forget the number now, but I phoned, and it is HSBC Canada (representing the credit card from the Brick)

caller id says toll free services...googled the number to a company in stamford ct,no voice is ever herd no recording just silence...3 to 5 times a day
