Rogers ..., want to review your acc't...

I called my rogers customers service dept directly and spoke to Louis he confirmed the #'s I gave as ligit 877-633-1495 & 1-866-675-7438!
They are outside telemarketing services HIRED BY ROGERS CABLE to call all their customers and offer discounts on their accounts.

I was given the do not call list # by my Rogers Rep, so I will not get these calls in the future. 1-866-580-DNCL (1-866-580-3625).

I keep getting this...how to stop it?

Fixed the problem of receiving calls from 1-855-760-4841!
All I had to do is leave Rogers for a different provider........

Why does this number call all the time

This number calls me every day. It's b***s***.

I went into my account online and changed my contact info to a fake number.  It seems to have slowed them down.

You can stop those calls in just couple of minutes....

First, tell them that you are not interested for promotion from Rogers and not to call you again. Also tell them you will scold them if they do so.

As usual they will call you the next day. You scold them with all bad words you know......they cut the call right away and won't bother you again

They won’t stop it until you scold them.

Trust me it works!

Even I added my # into Do Not Call List in 2009, I still get those calls.

according to one of the other sites, this appears to be Rogers outsourced

This number has been calling me for the past 3 days, today they called a few times, I answered once and told the lady to STOP CALLING ME, and informed her that next time I won't be so nice. About an hour later the same number called me again, so I answered by saying  "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK OOOOOOOOF" then hung up. I know it's slightly childish, but from reading all the comments here, seems that asking them to not call you isn't good enough. I hope this stops them from calling, we shall see. I would however, love to find out who this is that's calling me.

Got a call from 8666757438 it was rogers.Wife answered. It was about the internet.We have lite they .        they have a promotion change to ultra lite for three months trial  at 25.99 per month.then after.it goes to35.99per month.Its cheaper for us.Lite usage was 2 GB per month. We always went over.Ultra lite is 15GB per month.

This caller is out of control they call me all day & @ night and when I answer they sit silent???
This is not fair. Why is thus type of soliciting allowed?

Keep getting calls from this number 2- 3 times per day. They do not respond when you answer. I am very concerned about this and Rogers say they can not do anything about it!!!!! Oh I could change my number, wow that is convienent Rogers.

I'm getting   more than 5 calls a day  it getting ANNOY...

told them to stop calling about 10 times and everytime they say were sorry we were not aware ... its f***ing bu***hit I told them not to call anymore and 10 minutes later guess who called again!!! I am sick of these exscuses and told the girl do not call her again its the last time im going to tell them!! i am on my last nerve with this number!!!!!! this number is on my phone about 20 times just over the last month.

yes it is an outsourced number for Rogers. Sneaky buggers.

Problem solved?  You ONLY have to put up with one month of constant harrassing phone calls!  Oh joy!

Not good enough.  Plus, from what I've read they keep calling you anyway.

I just want to know one thing - are they really working for Rogers.  If so, Rogers just lost all my business permanently.

dropped Rogers and number..hate them

I've been getting this number calling 6 times a day. It is SO annoying.

That number called me today, and has called me before.

Yep, I keep seeing this # on my caller list. They do not leave a message. Probably Rogers thing to sell me something.

i cancelled my rogers cable b/c i moved and they keep calling to get me back from this number.  even though i explained that i moved.  they are persistent little buggers!  nothing to stress about, just annoying.
