Well after getting 7 of these hangup calls, I goggled and found this place. I just called them back, told them I wanted to be put on their Do Not Call List, and told them that Jim Hudson Toyota in Columbia SC will never see my cafe again. I suggest you tell all of your friends about the dealer that did this to you, it is an invasion of privacy, not to mention incredibly infuriating to have a number call and hang up repeatedly. Borders on Harassment, If I were a 22 yo female living alone in an urban area, these calls could be petrifying. Why are they allowed to continue this practice? I see message going back a year, and still it continues???

same here. they keep calling me everyday.It ridiculous that when i answer they hung up. they do leave messages but nothing.

I answered, but guess they hung up. Reading other posts, I too had service done at Scott Clark's Toyota.  I submitted a complaint using their "Contact Us" website (even though the webpage was not geared toward receiving complaints.)

Yeah..it's Toyota.  They called me to see how they had done after a service call.

Just call them back and tell them you want to be placed on their do not call list.  You only need to give them your phone number.  It's normally a Toyota Dealership they are calling on behalf of.

yeah, it must be toyota!  i got service 3 days ago.  why are they calling me at 8:17pm....rude!  but they did give me my 1st two oil changes for free and that included the tire rotation...saving me $50+.  I'll deal with the phone call.

Had 4 phone calls in the last week, but they hang up.  Just bought a Camry 12 days ago.  If this is going to happen every time we take it in for service we'll take it elsewhere.  Still never got to talk to anyone to give them the negative survey!!

this number wont stop calling me.. they hang up and dont say anything they call everyday i want it to stop

Yesterday and today I have received calls from this number and they hang up. They called on my cell phone!!

Its a collection agency, NSC I believe is the name.

I continually receive calls from this number.  They do not leave messages nor will they respond if you answer the phone.

Frank & Brett are both correct.  I called 866-765-2826 back and was informed that a customer survey call was requested by a Toyota dealer that I recently had service my Tundra.  If you ask the representative to place you on their no call list they say they will do so.  The only catch is that you must first give them your phone number for them to look up your account before they tell you who requested the call and before they add you to their no call list.

Frank (29 Dec) above is correct...at least in my case it was from a telephone marketing service to conduct a survey for TOYOTA.  I called the number back and complained about the hang ups and TOLD them add me to their DO NOT CALL list.  It will take about 10days to ensure NO FURTHER calls to my number.  I also complained to my Dealer...

I keep getting a call from this number. Every single day. What's up with that?

The call is from a telephone marketing service to conduct a survey.  The initial call is an automated call, but no one talks to you after you answer, and no message is left.  If you recently visited a Toyota Dealer for service is why they are calling.  I called the number back and complained.  I also complained to my Dealer and hope it will make a difference.
