The collection letter my girlfriend had gotten told her to call this number. She did but the collector wanted her to pay via a credit card or by a checking account instead of a money order like my girlfriend had offered to. The woman from the company wouldn't work with my girlfriend at all.

directing me to contact them on thir web site
www.paymentoffer.com (and enter file number)
that was also included on voice mail.
