Called this # back (from caller id), thinking it was a bill collector or telemarketer and was going to say "we're not interested, but a recording came on about a "Girls Gone Wild" video and "joining in the fun." I hung up, shocked and disgusted. This call came in the middle of the day when my young daughter was home sick - we didn't answer it when it came in.

Calls my cell phone every damn day!

Made the mistake of answering it one time and they asked for someone who no longer lives here....something about a business deal in another country. Now, we never answer when we see this number on caller id. They call every day 6 to 8 times....

Received 4 calls this morning - they hung up each time I answered
I called back and they identified themselves as Capital One, and they hung up on me when I asked why they were calling me
I called back, and then they said that they were Alliance One, calling on behalf of Capital One, and wanted my account number with Capital One. I declined to give them that, and then they wanted to know what phone number I was calling from.  I declined, then finally asked what they do for Capital One, and then they said "Collections".  Since I have no balance on my Capital One card, I said - I have to think that this is a scam, and that you are just trying to obtain credit card numbers. They hung up on me!!!  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC NUMBER!!

Same number called first about a Sapporo Sake and then asking for another guy. They keep calling so I filed an electronic complaint with the FCC:
