Let me answer that: Nowhere.  Your company likely uses estimates of average household utility expenses-easily locatable online- to  induce people into believing that you actually work for and with public utilities. Your unwelcome calls are actually "illegal" if people have not requested that you call them or have not had a previous business relationship with you within the last 18 months. You are delusional if you believe that you have a right to call individuals on the national Do Not Call list. And to suggest that people "forgot" that they requested  "online" that you contact them, is classic telemarketer BS.

Hopefully this has given YOU a clearer picture of how American regulations work and how Americans don't like receiving unwanted robocalls. Still not sure?  Call the US Federal Communications Commission and ask they about how the Do Not Call list doesn't allow you to contact people.

I received 4 calls in the course of 1 minute on my caller ID.  My voicemail is turned off.  I believe that automated dialers are illegal in California.

I don't think the do not call list is worth anything.  We have been on it for years and still get the telemarketing calls.  I have even called to try to update it and it has done no good.  If we don't recognize the number we don't answer.  I wish the government could come up with something so that these calls could be blocked for good.

I believe in solar and its benefits, but I clearly have not asked for information about solar since I already have it on my home since 2010.  I have asked to be removed from your call list on numerous occasions but clearly am being ignored.  Another missed call from US Renewable Energy today.  Guerrilla telemarketing companies are creating a negative impression in the general population so people are not willing to learn about how solar and the great programs available will help them.  The residential solar industry has a big problem and needs to fix it or homeowners will not be open to having the conversation!

I did not submit to anything online.  I don't give my personal information online.  I do not have a home.  The cell phone that I have is one that I have had for over a year now, and I did not give you this information, so if you are calling the person who used to have this phone number, they are the one who submitted their information, so you need to find out what THEIR new number is, and stop calling homeless people.  My cell phone is mainly for emergencies and minor personal business use.  Stop wasting my prepaid minutes!

Received call from this number today and thanks to you who have posted before me this number is now on my blocked caller list. I pay $5 a month for an app called trapcall. When I blacklist a number it rings directly to the app which states that "this number is no longer in service". GO AWAY NO ONE WHATS TO HEAR FROM YOU!

I have enrolled on the latest DO NOT CALL phone directory, since the very first day it was opened for enrollment. I received an anonymous call today from this phone number; (866) 849-8008 AND I DO NOT WANT ANY FURTHER CALLS, or unnecessary stress from THIS UNKNOWN SOURCE, nor any other SOLICITORS. I WANT THIS complaint reported. And thier calls to CEASE.

I've informed them each time that we have upgraded everything possible to be energy efficient.
I've politely asked them not to call and and put me on the do not call list and yet they still do.

Actually - NO.  I do not own my home and therefore have never opted in to anything regarding solar.

Not only did I not sign up for this, "we're sorry for the inconvenience" is not enough. Pay my cell phone bill since I'm responsible (not you) for the phone call you made to me. No, I didn't sign up. Furthermore, you may be providing a wonderful opportunity. But, like the endless signage on the side of the road, promoting tattoo/gun shows at the Pomona Fairplex (that never get taken down, EVER), to the local j***-off who is selling puppies, to "BARTENDER TRAINEES NEEDED!!", this is yet another illegal method of advertising a business. It's unethical and should be stopped. Again, is it a good business? Many people will never try it because we all do our jobs ethically, but somehow you get off promoting yours in a sneaky, underhanded way. Oh, and: <<Remember every single one of you opted in online when you submitted your information to be contacted about upcoming promotions. >> Really? SHOW me PROOF that I signed up for these phone calls! You don't offer me that option. So "unsubscribing" is a misnomer: I never subscribed!
