Got a call today with no message. Called them back and spoke with a "Clair Rivers" who said she was with "Degree Counseling" for college enrollment at various schools (degreecounseling.com). Clair had some woman by the name of Betty Bartle on file with email and postal addresses that were not mine. Clair insisted that they received an email inquiry from this person, with my phone number. I told Clair there is no Betty at this number (a mobile number I have had for over a decade) and to put it on Do Not Call.
I should note that in the previous two days I also received calls from the University of Phoenix asking for this same Betty Bartle. After having initially asked to be put on Do Not Call I have since filled an FCC complaint against University of Phoenix for continuing to call me.
