Frustrated  as you are , the problem I have is where the hell can you go to seek some privacy?
If I had the cash I would buy a decent size boat and sail away, get beyond five miles of shore and where most cells phones don't work.
a decent "vhf" marine radio would keep you in touch in case of emergency, with a "ham" radio you can find land based ham operators willing to patch you to a land line phone.

"This is an attempt to collect a debt". Some guy named Eric left this number as call back. This is disgusting and their invasion of privacy is something these bothersome people have learned from the government--the big invaders of our privacy under the disguise of 'protecting our freedom'! Ha!

wow, I do too.....I could puke on what we are supposed to have as rights as citizens.  Laws to say that they (the callers or offenders) can be fined.....but who in the hell is going to be able to pay the attorneys and investigators to find and prosecute them.  Just like a thing that the US Census Department is putting out under threat 'the american community survey" and they threaten imprisonment or 5000 fine for not answering. Yes I got my first call today....They wanted another person (left message) that I have never heard of before and who has never been at this phone number. They left name-BobJones- and said it was a debt collection???  I swear I am so sick of the violation of our privacy rights....and guess who is the biggest user of this violation....our government.  It is sickening and I am definitely leaving this communist, muslim government ...even if I have to die!

i just got the call this morning after getting out the shower, and i was like WHO DA HELL IS 402, so as i was searchinhg up the number online, i also had call them back. some BI*** picked up the phone and was like hello... hello... im like can u hear me?? oh and usually if its a real company they would say "thank you for calling blah blah blah, balh blah our automative menu blah blah" u no what i mean, obviously its a scam, ugh, im alwalys ready to cuss someone out lol.

Two or three calls. It is a recorded voice with a message for someone - NOT ME!
I can't tell them they have the wrong number, so I don't know how to stop them.

Receiving calls 2 times a day for a person I have never heard off.... Trying to call the number they tell me to call if I am not that person. there I get a recording telling me to wait then they hang up. Its 866 9326805

this number 866-932-6805 has already calld me 3 times today i called right back n get some stupid message then it just hangs up...........they call me 1 more time they r not going to like what they hear if i can threw to a live human being

So far I'm up to FOUR calls from the automaton for this number. It always asks if I am Judy XXX (I am not), press 1; if not, press 2. The first three times I pressed 2 and the thing hung up. The fourth time I pressed 1 and this beligerant woman answered and was dumbfounded to think that I would press 1 if I wasn't the person she was looking for.
Found out that she works for a collection agency and they were trying to track down this "Judy XXX".
I wish them luck...just stop calling ME.

Keep getting this number calling me but thank goodness phone is always turned off.  They call at least 3 times a week.  Who are they trying to get?  Won't leave a message.

Keep getting calls from this number claims to be cc premier bank of master card.. I told them over and over this is not our debt.. we HAVE NO credit cards.. They still keep calling I asked where this person is they are looking for they smartly say at this number and I told them no he is not.. WE HAVE NO CC.. Woman on phone tried to get me to give them my husbands last four ss numbers I told her she tell me what she has and I will verify.. .I was told they are not allowed to do that.. I told her I WILL NOT GIVE YOU MY HUSBANDS LAST FOUR SOCIAL... This is not our DEBT and to stop calling..

Have been getting phone call from this company last early last looking for someone with a Hispanic name ( we are an Asian household ).I got so mad as I worked night-shift and any  un-necessary call during the day disturbed my rest, so I yelled at them and was told it was my fault to let someone knows my phone number!!. They stopped calling after that ( some time around October/December last year ). Now it started again, asking for the same guy. Two days ago, I yelled at them again and was promised to take my phone number off the list. That turned out to be false, since they have calling every day now, sometimes even twice a day. I am at a lost as to what to do since complaining to FCC yields no result ( they sneered at that suggestion ).

Got calls 2 days in a row, went to voice mail, no message left though.

They left me a voicemail for "jonah bowman". Told me to hang up if i was not person but listened to it anyway. Said to call 8669326805. If its a collection agency why are they calling a 13 year old in school? (i might be young but that doesnt mean i cant hunt you a-holes down!) think it might be scam if they dont know who their calling.

I have received several missed calls from this number in the past few days.  No messages left.  When I called back, it said Accounts Receivable Management and to hold for a rep.  I didn't hold.

I got this strange message for a Peter Who-knows-what, from a incoherent couple automated message, telling me to either listen to the message if I was Peter Who-knows-what, or immediately hang up. If I was Peter Who-knows-what, I was to wait three seconds for further instructions.  End of recording time, very entertaining.

i'm guessing the recent call is from the same incoherent people.  no message was left on my machine this time.

They are asking for a Barbara Archie Humphrey with a reference code of 19995462. I do not know her and requested three times for them to STOP calling my cell number

This morning I received a fifth call this month from 866 932-6805, which turns out to be ARM = Accounts Receivable Management, a debt collection agency.  By insisting to the belligerent clerk, I reached Ms. Lisa Michaels, manager, at (800) 220-3350, extension 6802, her private line in their New Jersey office.  She assured me "my problem would be resolved" -- the same line that I had gotten from a different clerk last Thursday!

I hope others will call Ms. Michaels at (800) 220-3350, x6802, and voice their concerns.  When enough people complain both directly and to the FCC as I have done, these people may be forced to change their reprehensible business practices.  My domestic peace and tranquility are worth something -- including the time to write this message.

Have been receiving calls from this # also. I started getting collection agency calls about three years ago for someone with same first and last name, different middle initial, same account. Every time I seem to get one convinced that the person they are seeking is NOT here, the account gets transferred to ANOTHER agency, and yet another round of calls starts.

Thank you for posting this information.  I left a voice mail message just now for Lisa Michaels. I also filed an online complaint with the FCC regarding the numerous calls from 866-932-6805. The precorded message is for "Andrew Swanson" - no one in our family is named Andrew Swanson.  After months of receiving these calls, it feels like harassment now.

have received several calls that leave no message.  I never answer a call that I don't recognize on caller id and that leaves no message.  They can quit calling as I will not answer.

We've received many calls from this number, and it's always the same recording ! I'm getting really sick and tired of them calling, I'm going to report them if they keep calling, I'm not sure how or when they got my number...

This message about the Lisa woman is obviously a scam message because it has been posted on other websites word for word.  The entire thing is a scam, I called the number back because they attempted to collect $600.00 from my boyfriend.  The man who answered after the ridiculously fake recording said that it was against federal law for him to give out the name of the company that I was calling.  SCAMMERS.

I STILL GET CALLS ON SOMEONE I DON'T KNOW EVEN AFTER TELLING THEM TO STOP & THE LOW GRADE SCUM SAID HE WOULD-THE SOB LIED !! EVERYONE SHOULD REPORT THEM TO THE F.T.C.--- LET'S GETEM FOLKS ??/
