I received a fax about Healthcare coverage that listed this number to call. The fax did not have any Company or induvidual name on it.

Receiving unsolicited faxes from Healthcare Coverage.  They do not take our fax number off their list even though I have called their permanent removal phone number 877-510-2766 over 5 times.
