This number keeps calling my cellphone and when I answer there is no one there, when I call back it just goes beep beep beep. 1-866-963-4940 is the number that keeps calling me. Even tried to do a reverse lookup and can't find who this number belongs too.

These idiots have been calling NONSTOP and I can't get them to stop! I also had one from parents.com keep calling nonstop also! I was getting text messages from them until they finally put me on the Permanent Do Not Call List after threatening to sue for the cost of my bill and the ridiculous amt of text messages they were racking up. Constantly getting a busy signal. Anyone know another number to reach them at to stop calling?

the number 866-963-4940 belongs to IMC, a magazine company. They keep calling me, and when I answered and asked one of them, named Ben, to quit calling me he developed a real attitude with me. I told him to stop calling me, and he replied, "or what?" I cannot yet figure out how to get these jerks to quit calling me.

Missed several calls on my cell phone from this number yesterday. I didn't answer though. This is part of an onslaught of random calls I have been getting from numbers similar to this in the past twoo weeks. Started getting text messages from email addresses with bank names a few months ago as well. My credit card was recently 'compromised' in the Heartland security breach and I think all these calls have something to do with this. I keep my cell phone number very private. I'm wondering if anyone else getting these calls was also part of the recent breach of security with their bank or if it is just a coincidence.

keep getting calls but they don't leave a message. Yesterday i got a call on my cell that said Call 1 i answered it and it was a Visa sweepstakes and they asked me all these survey questions hobbies and what card i had. I don't know what it was about my bf told me to hang up in the middle of the call. I am waiting for her to call me and ask me again.

They have called me 4 times today alone and on my cell phone at that. I kept saying I wasn't available until the last time. I answered and was informed that they were calling from the sweepstakes enter in Clearwater, FL. I told them to put me on their DNC list and the little b*t*h hung up on me.....game on!!!!!!LMAO

I have been getting the same calls. over and over, I answer, they hang up.... I let the call go, they leave no messages... Try to call back and it says it's an incomplete call.... I am so freggin' frustrated! I put my self on the do not call list, the link is below.... Go to

and register your # after 30 days and they are still calling you can do something about it. Hope that helps.
