John, as he calls himself, hates dealing with me because I just hang up on him. We too got the "one box to go with your system, etc etc". Ended up with three. The guy is a tool and rude and won't take no. I just hang up on him now

POS Transactions scammed us for a lot of bucks, being a not for profit we really could not afford it but they claimed to be our POS company, asked how the machine was working and that they were shipping supplies for our machine, paper, etc. I said we did not need it, he said it was part of our contract and a three part order then we would have fulfilled our contract. This happened a number of times, nine boxes and over a thousand dollars later someone finally did some research and found out they have nothing to do with our debit machine company. We asked them to stop sending, they kept insisting it was a contractual obligation. The last time they were asked if this was the LAST shipment and confirmed it was. This call said that was only for the current year and we had renewed their service, NOT. Now the calls are also coming from 0000123456. The guy i talked to said he would have a supervisor call back,. the "supervisor" who called was the same guy! Then he got all mad and yelled at me when told we would not accept any orders and to not call again and that anything sent to us would be sent back. ARGHHHH.

This is me again, they call me yeaterday and told me it is a 3 part order . As soon as he say it 's paul from POS, I told him I will never do buisness with them again, and don't call me again, and I hang up. He call me again today, and when he said who he was I hang up. He call again and said he thought we got disconnect, I hang up again. He call a third time and said we seems to be getting diconnected. I told him, no I am hanging up on you, because I will never do buisness with liars and cheats. He call a forth time and I told him this is harrassment and I will call the police, and I hang up and call the police. If he calls again tomorrow, I will ask for his information and give it to the police. Nobody need this!!

Yes, they call and tell the person working they are the suppliers of your paper products, they then send out paper for your business you can't return. You phone there customer service line and ask for an authorization number to send product back with no number. This company falsely represents them selves. There prices are outrageous and will not take there product back.

I also was surprised when I was told that my VERBAL contract was to have 2 orders of this paper.  Being busy I had the second one shipped & paid for it.  Told all other people in the office not to get caught in this scam.  It is a scam because I had a phone call that I had to receive the 3rd shipment on this verbal contract I asked them to sent me a transcript of this verbal contract.  I also told them not to bother with that shipment.  They also trhreatened me with collections.  This just happened & I went immediately online & found this site.  I too live my life as honestly as possible & i have a hard time understanding dishonesty and fraud.  As this just happened to our business place, I will see what happens.  You bet I will take this further.

This is a fraudulent company that calls your business, will speak to absolutely anybody that answers the phone, and makes it sound like you are confirming an address for an order that has been placed and now ready to be shipped, so the person thinks all they are doing is confirming an address.  Then they ship product you did not order.  Then they call and call and call and call and call and call looking for payment.  

I shipped my product back, and they asked for my receipt of doing so... I faxed it back twice, but they still keep phoning saying they have not received my fax. I am not wasting my time taking these calls anymore.  

They will not get a nickle from me, and don't let them trick you into giving them a nickle either!! There is nothing they can do, I did not fill out a credit app with them and I am sure you didn't either.  

Ask Lillian if she buys her kids and grandkids presents with the money she makes from ripping people off.... that one seemed to get under her skin.  

Admit it Lillian... you are a fraud!

I try to live a good Christian life, I always try to turn the other cheek. I try not to let any person steals my joy. But I got to say these people makes me so angry. They called me back in May or so last year. I told them no I don't need any supply, they kept calling. I finally say ok . They shipped it and billed me and  I paid it.  On Noverber 6th they called me again and before they could say anything, I told them I still have a lot of paper because our buisness is seasonal. I don't need anything. I hang up. He called me back to tell me that my order was a 2 part order and I have to take this second part. I told him I don't need any more supply. He said I have to because I was told that it was a 2 part order. That's a lie. The woman never say anything about it being a 2 part order. Anyway, I took, becaus I say Lord you will bless me with lots of buisness next season, so I 'll need all this paper. Well here comes the billing. Before the mid of December I had 3 bills. I sent them a check on December 29th as I do not want anyone to put me in collection. Today, I recieved another bill and I thought it will show zero, but guess what, it is still saying they didn't recieved the check. I can see thet the check came out of my account. Well I call and spoke to that woman on the phone, all the time praying I would not be rude. But her way of speaking was so rude that I lose it. They had the check, they cashed it and my account was zero, but something about her made me so upset, and for customer service she really has a thing to learn. Saying mam nobody forced you to buy the paper. I will not use their services again. I had to pray for her, because she needs help. This is no way to do buisness.

I have recently had an issue with this company too and I'm far from finished in my dealings with them.  

I've started the official process of logging my issue with the Better Business Bureau, Revenue Quebec, Canada Revenue Agency, Retail Council of Canada and any other organization I can reach out to.  If necessary the RCMP and the QPP will be contacted too.  

When I discovered that they operate from the UPS Store in Montreal, I sent back all of the bogus supplies that they sent, fully documented with packing slips to match their invoices and tracking numbers to confirm delivery and receipt. The UPS store signs for every package so I have confirmation that the supplies/order are in their possession.  If any collection calls are placed we will be able to provide them with all of our documentation.  

It is always interesting when an organization operates using a different business name than the one attached to their GST number.  The trade name and company officer sould be public information, attached and confirmed for all issued GST numbers.  Revenue Canada could not release those details but did confirm that POS Transactions is not the listed name on the GST number.  The CSR referred me to Revenue Quebec - they take these issues very seriously.  I love that Quebec is a huge proponent for consumer protection.    

The 1-866 numbers is a front too.  When they call you it appears as an overseas phone number.  The Clerk in "Financial Recovery" has not heard the last from me.  She enjoys talking over you and not listening.  I am sorry for using some strong language but it was simply to get her attention so she would listen to what I was saying.  I would love to meet her to personally return the supplies but that?s not reality.  They are pulling the "sales call" from their records in the next 5 days and we will review together with the store clerk and manager.  This is a fraudulent operation and I will see this through to ensure all small businesses are protected.

This company is POS Transactions from 3450 St-Denis Suite 101, Montreal, Quebec.

It's a scam.

They called our restaurant and told the person who answered that they were with Moneris, our POS provider and they were calling for our monthly paper order.  Also they explained that because our account was in good standing Moneris gives one paper order free each year and that is why they were calling.  Of course, nothing is free and they proceeded to send random paper (not for our visa equipment) and an invoice for $233.75.  Now they pester us for collection and want us to send in our visa number to pay for it.

When they phone, hang up.

Same thing......told them I wasn't paying, employee wasn't authorized to order, lady says, I will note your account, and if it goes to collections......blah blah.  I asked to hear the recording of us ordering this, she says 'who said anything about a recording?'  Asked to speak to a supervisor, she said no.  Clearly, she is a one woman con operation.

This is a fraudulent operation in Montreal, Quebec. They call themselves "POS TRANSACTIONS", and use a UPS drop box address. They call and tell an employee that they are the provider of POS materials, get the employees name, and send invoices for merchandise the management never ordered. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS CRAP. It is common, especially from Montreal.
