This is a call from the ripublic of Tinadad and Tobago or somethign like that. Its a scam marketing debt relief. They lie stating that you requested this information in a recorded message.
Make an FTC Complaint on DNC.gov.

I tried to file a complaint on that number at DNC.gov but I keep getting an error message: Correct Your Area Code on Line 1, so you can't file a complaint

I just got the same call on my cell phone from 868 300-5000 (obviously a masked ANI - a very simple thing to do). Violates the Do Not Call list law, the Robo-call law, and isn't it still illegal to make sales calls to mobile phones?? I reported it at the national DNC registry. Just keep up those reports... although if it's truly international, I doubt there is much that our FCC can do about it. Here is the link to the site to report it:
