Generally, someone trying to commit fraud, an illegal act, is not going to stop and think "oh no, I can't call and lie to this person, they're on the DNC list! Guess I'll skip calling Rita..." c'mon now. :P
But yes, they ARE NOT from PCH and yes, it IS a scam.

I don't believe they are from publishers clearing house. I won $55,000.00 and need to get Green back card er at Walmart. I couldn't understand most of what he was saying. Maybe from India? I am on a Do Not Call List, so how can they do this????????

yeah i got the call to at 2:25..11/30/2012... telling me i won $850,000.00 and a Mercedes .. and if i went to walmart and went and purchased a $300.00 green back card.. that would cover the tax's on my winnings..
