What you had on the end of that line was a dirty,black "Chimpanzee" dressed in filthy shorts and a ripped up wifebeater shirt. He was sitting in a small leanto with chickens/roosters running around (you can usually HEAR them in the background).His "Computer" was a "Etch-A-Scetch" that he was looking up your info on.
They DO use "MagicJacks" registered so they LOOK like they are in 702 (vegas) 775(reno) 305(florida) 256(alabama) and a few others....

Never return the phone call, as you will pay international phone rates.
Do hassle them, start chanting in a garbled "language" and when they ask what you are saying, tell them you are casting a voodoo curse on them.

I have been getting a lot of these calls from Jamaica. They have all promised 3.5 million (lowest) to 12.5 (highest) and they have all asked for the insurance money to cover Purolator. Cost of insurance from $275.83 - $875.95.
Well if this is the money I have won, why are they asking me for the money for insurance. Now they are saying they are from Publishers Clearing House, US Customs Department.
