Appeared to be a scam call.  I was suspicious because of that whole "You Won 3rd Place" deal.  The caller couldn't even get the number right; first time the last two numbers were 72, second time 02  This is the call that apparently they were calling from, because this connects to their "Claims Department".

Answering machine picked it up.
