got a call from "michael james" of "american powerball sweeptakes" saying i'd won 1.3 mil$ and a blazer. Said to pay $279 via western union to " leroy martinez" in santa fe, NM. btw, 876 prefix is jamacan.

got a call from "michael james" saying i was 3rd place winner 1.3 mill$ and a blazer. send 279 via western union. FYI it's a jamacan number so can't be prosecuted!!! BBB said fair trade comission trying to change legislation.

I too have a New Mexico Number and recieved a call saying I won $450K and a new Tahoe.  Just needed to pay $499 for the tax and certification fee in order to recieve my "package".. I never entered to win and thought it was a scam.. told him as such, but of course he had excuses of a random drawing from my number.  I started asking him questions and he said he will call me back in 5 minutes.  never heard back.

He said i just won 1.2 million and a new chevy tahoe from publishers clearing house.i needed to send 900 first for shipping charges.i told him i didnt have any money so he said the company would pay 600 if i could send 300.i hung up.heavy accent like from Iran

I got a call from this number and said that I won 1.5 million dollars and a car.  I had to pay $4000 shipping and handling.  When I asked what sweepstakes I won, he just said Clearing House.  I asked again "What sweepstakes??", he made a vulgar answer and called me a little b*tch and hung up.  I cant believe people are so aweful!

I got a call this morning saying in a very strong accent that I had won 1.5 million dollars and a car from Publisher's Clearing House.  The man said he was going to deliver it to my house today.  I told him that I was very happy to receive the car and money.  He was quite unfriendly.  When he asked me to tell him my name, I asked him what name he had for me.  Then he hung up on me. NEVER give out personal information.  If it was real, he would have known who I was.

A man claimed I won 900,000 dollars and a SUV. He needed 300 dollars for shipping and handeling. I told him it was a hoax and he said no I would be missing out on a lot. I hung up on him.

GOt a call saying we won a car and money. We knew it was a scam and he got mad and started to cuss at us.  My mother also entered in publishers clearing house, I wonder if everyone who has entered is getting these calls?

got a call from this guy, said his name was Michael Washington and I had won 678,000 dollars. I talked to him for awhile and he told me I also won a truck and wanted me to go to Walmart or wire 500.00 transaction fee to him. He got mad and hung up on me when I told him I knew he was scamming me. So much for that fool.

At first I thought my brother was prank calling me with his friends, so I wasn't all that serious about this and I literally had to laugh every time he said he was serious about this deal. So I would like to say thanks that I found this website with the same exact number I found on here 1(876)-299-1111 and 1(876)-407-0772.

I just received a call from this number telling me that I had won the Publishers Clearing House for a car or cash.  The man had a foreign accent.  I hung up on him, then found this website which listed this number which came up on caller id.

I got a call from the same number and he told me I won 800000 and a new suv. And he enter me to send 399.00 third western union at bashas in tuba city. I said this is a scam because he's name was John Peterson with a mid eastern accent. The name sound more American. He kept calling and I told my husband to look on the internet about someone winning anything in keyanta. But from the start I knew it was a scam.he called back Sling if I wanted my money I said no am fine with the way my life is and he said am a f**king b***h for wasting he's time.

What you had on the end of that line was a dirty,black "Chimpanzee" dressed in filthy shorts and a ripped up wifebeater shirt. He was sitting in a small leanto with chickens/roosters running around (you can usually HEAR them in the background).His "Computer" was a "Etch-A-Scetch" that he was looking up your info on.
They DO use "MagicJacks" registered so they LOOK like they are in 702 (vegas) 775(reno) 305(florida) 256(alabama) and a few others....

My husband was woken up by a call from this number.  Same scam.  When my husband asked the person to slow down so he could understand, the caller said, (very slowly) YOUR WIFE IS A C*** SUCKER - DID YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?

Received a  call from 876-407-0772, the person had middle eastern accent.  Said he wanted to talk with me about aiding someone, when I told them it was not a listed number for solicitations.  He told me he wanted to stick his dick in my mouth...."  I hung up at that point.

This person claimed to be "Kazin Peterson", he said that we won a 2011 Cadillac Escalade with a Flatbed. He said he is in Kayenta Az (which we live only 1 hour from) and said to send 700.00 for a transport fee. Just said I will get the money together and call back. Never did, total scam.

i want to start of saying thank to you all cause of your post on here it as kept my mom from be scammed. this guy called my mom saying his name was kevin peterson and she had just won half a million dollars and a new car. all she had to do is send this guy wallace thompson 620.00 to get her prizes. today he called her again and i answered the phone and told him that i was her daughter and that this was a scam and he started cusing me out. i said thank you to him for that cause he as now proved to me that it was a scam. i said to him if you were the real thing the last thing you would be doing is calling me any names. here are a couple of the numbers he has called from. 876-299-1111 he says that is his office number and here is the cell number 876-407-0772. be careful with these phone calls.

A man with this number called me as well, saying he was from UPS, he said I won $485,000 and a new car. Said his name was Michael James from New Mexico. All I had to do was go through Western Union and wire $400 to a Brandon in Shipwreck, NM. I would LOVE for this to be real, but it sounds like the biggest scam ever. And he did have a thick accent, like some of the other comments state. It was very well thought out, he gave me names of the other winners in other states, what place I had won and gave me a choice of cars. It sounds like a big scam to me, definitely made me nervous. How did he get my number!

same here, got a call from someone that I had a UPS package in Albuquerque.. I live 100miles away, and said something about a SUV and some money.... so i asked for a call back number and he said well it should show on your caller ID and then I asked again and he gave me the name of Michael James at 876-407-0772, I told him I wanted a tracking number and he rambled on, so I said I will call you back, and he said well if I didnt give him the information he needed I would not get the money so it was up to me... so I hung up.....WTF?

Got a call from the same number, he said his name is Michael James with a heavy east Indian accent. I had won $275.000 + a 2010 Lin.Navagator If I go to Western Union and send $400.00. Sure I`ll rush right out & do that !  NOT!J9

This mid eastern soudin guy called me and saying I won 5 mil and a brand new bmw. Said I had to go get a reciept for 150$. I told him id call him back and let him know if I could get it. About an hour later he called back and asked if I had been trying to call him back tho I know there were no calls made from my fone between the two calls. He then asked if I had been able to get ahold of my mom to ask about the money and I told him no and said I would call him back. This is really starting to get on my nerves. He is almost unintelligible and everytime he calls there is this strange loud buzzing noise in the background.

He also uses this number, 876-436-1165, and he is from Jamaica.

This guy called me multiple times and I told him I knew he was a scam and that I knew he lived in Jamaica and he got mad and started saying sexual things to me too, so I hung up and blocked both the numbers he called me from. He is not only calling from the 876-407-0772 number, he has also called me from 876-436-1165. Block both of the numbers if possible because he will continue calling you until you do!
