This scammer keeps calling my niece, what can I do, where should I report him??

AT THE POLICE DEP'T, CALLS ARE BEING HANDLED WITH THIS SCAMMER.

Same here. John Lacoy called my grandma and said she won 2.5 million and all she had to do was send 300 western union. He told her he would be at her house to with the money after she sent the "taxes"...to Jamaica.

Call all the time

SCAM.  Caller ID said "Kingston Jim"  It makes sense that call was from Jamaica due to his hard to understand English and the city name Kingston, Jamaica. Said we won a prize then asked if we had a green card, gold or black card (American Express credit cards?), We hung up when he asked about a Western Union Office and we realized he was a scam artist asking for $$$.

I should give them an address and set an appointment when they can come to the address. If the caller is serious about stopping by, I can assure you that would be the end of these calls forever.

IT'S A LIE DON'T BELIEVE THEM CAUSE THEY GOT ME FOR MY MONEY AND MESS  UP MY KIDS CHRISTMAS .THEY DON'T CARE  ABOUT YOUR LIFE. they  told me to send 200.00 dollars to win 2.5 millions dollars

Calls are from Jamaica. Told me that I had won $1,000,000. Then he told me that to get the money, that all I needed to do was go to Kmart and buy a $150 camera, send the reciept to Curtis Cameron, and send him $150 cash. Has called me 20+ times today.

caller demanded $200, then threatned to come and shoot with a .45 gun
