I got the same call from same number and he said He was Thomas White, when he asked if I was an american citizen I asked if he was ,? He called me a not so nice name and hung up. touchy scammers.

I had a called from a woman with a strong Jamacian accent who told me I won 2million dollars and a car. She said she was from American Publishers Clearing House. I told her I knew this was a scam and to give the money and car to someone who needed it more than me...

Received a call from this # saying I had won $485,000 from Publisher Clearing House. He said he was an agent from the FBI his name was Thomas White. He said I would have to pay taxes on the winnings and I asked how much? He hung up.

He said the check would arrive in the mail either to my bank, Walgreens or my home. He also stated I had won because I paid my cellphone bill. Hope this helps.

Just got a call from this number. He said I won 485,000.00 from PCH and asked me how I feel? I responded "terrible my sinuses are killing me " and hung up.

She did loose out on about 2000.00 but I got involved and I am FIGHTING BACK!!! I am going to take this SOB down!!! I am compiling a list on this punk, Other names to beware of  Leroy Clarke, Michael Clarke and of course Romaine Clarke. Also a Mr Lawyer.  I have more info and I'm am preparing an a out war!!
When I got involved I called him back to confront him, He told me that he would get the money from my my mom no matter what and If not he said " I will go and kill you F@$%^ Bi*** Old Mother and Piss on her body"  Like I Said It's WAR TIME!!!  That little bi*** cant hide any place. FYI hes got 50 numbers anjd I got them all.

Called and said I won 435k from publishers clearing house.  He supposedly works at office in NC but had out of country accent. My cell phone cut us off and I tried to call number back.  The message said he was publishers clearing house too.

Received a call from this number at 2:40 pm, 12/17/13.  I know this because 'Thomas White' whom I was speaking with advised that I write down the date and time that he advised me of my prizes.  In a very think accent he told me that I had won 485,000 dollars from the Publisher's Clearinghouse.  He also gave me a pin number, 6601 and repeated my phone number back to me.

I attempted to play along because I was curious to see how he planned to scam me.  When he asked me to repeat back all of the information he requested I told him I was hanging up because it was taking too long.  He beat me to it.  Too much!

I received the same scam phone call..saying I won 2 million and brand new Mercedes.  They stated they was from PCH...lol

I received a call today from this number from a person identified as Thomas White. He said I'd won $485,000 from PCH! He gave me a PIN #, winning # and his personal ID #. I was told to go to WalMart, get 5 green dot cards and put $500 in each! At that point, I'd played the game long enough, laughed and hung up. I'm amazed that this number has been active for over a year, perhaps longer. Why haven't these people been shut down?

Got a call from this number today, ignored it, but it was from Jamaica... terrible.

This guy call me too yesterday saying i won a large sum of cash, i knew it was as Jamaican scam but not everyone from Jamaica is bad. Jamaica is a nice place.

Received a call that was similar to the other  descirptions. Told me I had won $285,000. Wanted me to go to Walmart and meet a UPS truck to receive a Green Dot money pack paper card. Then he wanted to know where I would be getting the money, at the Walmart ATM or bank. I told him the walmart atm, because I thought he was talking abou the card he was giving me. But no, he wanted me to get cash, $499.00. Told him I didn't have any money and he got rude. It offended him that I suspected this was a fraud.
I asked him what the next step was and he hung up.

This number is calling my 16 year old daughter. Good thing she doesn't answer calls from numbers she doesn't know. Anyone know how to block a number on an iPhone?

Well, I won $370,000.00. Whatever.  I knew it was a scam from the first moment, but decided to play along.  He told me get a pencil and clean sheet of paper...I told him all I had was a pen and some scrap paper, he said it would work.  Then rattles off a tracking #, then gave me a LUCKY #.  Then he gave me a phone number to call, which the same number that called me, 876-438-7756!  I asked him his name, he said "Mr. Thomas White".  I told him it sounded like a scam, and then he yelled at me to get off HIS phone, then he hung up.  Thanks, Jamaica, for making my day!

A woman, a Mrs. Wassey I think, called my work cell phone. Very thick accent, and did not have a good understandng of English. She said I had won $850,000, and a white imported car. "Wow, when do  get my money?"  She demanded I go right now to Walmart and was down right rude.  I finally told her to keep the money and loose my number. They really think we are stupid.

This is another scammer calling from Jamaica.

Same number, very persistent, don't know why he called me during class and why he asked if I was near a wal-mart in Kauai and said I won something.   Why the hell would I feel about getting that so called reward, who ever this person is, he is just playing with people thinking he can actually give a reward.

Same here with this number.  The guy kept saying I won 1.5 million dollars and a new honda.  I said to myself, if I won 1.5 million dollars why the f&*c would I want a crappy honda.  He did say he would call back after I got off work so they could set up a time to give my my prize(s).  
I hung up on him and he called back three more times.

thought it was a joke at first as the guy had an extremely heavy accent. Like apu from the simpsons crossed with a stereotypical NY cabbie. Hung up on me when i told him it was a business line, after telling me i won.

I would be more that happy to do all that I can to stop this person from scaming anyone out of their hard earnd money.  Sick and tired of inocent people getting hurt !!!!!!

Received a call from some one who said his mae was Mr. Michael (could'nt make out the last name).  Said that I just won 1.5 million US dollars !!!!  Could not understand him very well because of the heavy foregin accent.  He wanted me to call him back on the number that he called me on.  When I did not call him back, he called me five more times.  He also called me six times the next day.  Needless to say I did not answer any of his calls.  Something needs to be done to stop him so that he does not call someone who does not recognize this for what it is a ~ SCAM ~  Would not want any one to lose any money to this perpatratior.

Same number called my grandmother trying to get information, she was unsure so had me hear in on another line. foregin accent, random unrelated questions telling her she won the mega million lottery. after i told her to hang up they called back twice in a row and i confronted the guy and asked him to stop calling. he was less then polite... this number is a scam.

The same number calls me weekly noting that he is in Las Vegas Nevada and quotes that I have won $1.5 Million to award me. He will not confirm his company name, personal name or address.

He has now been placed on a watch list through alternate identification channels and will need to respond to suitable authorities when entering the US or Canada. Please beware of this scam, as the individual has no intent of paying out the claim above.

Should you be able to block him, forward a three way call to local and Jamaican police, it may be the best course of action. The activity violates CRTC regulations in Canada and a number of international fraud legislation sections.

Your telecom provider is able to address the fraudster calls and I urge your Governor's office to address this issue on your behalf should the harassment continue.

This number has called my work cellphone, targeted or random, throughout the past 2 weeks. First call picked up a man indicated he wanted to urgently speak to me as children were playing in the background with a television on. The connect was weak and he said he would call back.

Second call, the man said I won $1.5 Million US Dollars and I should be feeling good by now about that.

When asked if this was a fraud or financial crime he hung up. Continued calls occur, trying to coax me to call Jamaica. I presume this is for a fee at his profit.

Be aware.

I have been getting calls from this number for about a week. Caller claimed I won a Mercedes Benz and cash. When you ask they call back another time, call comes as promised. They are persistent. Even funnier  when you hear roosters in the background. Long story short, they notify you of having won, congratulations, how do you feel ? Then, how far Western Union or Money Gram is. They want you to send them $45 which they will refund along with your winnings. I told them they are running a scam, they said they are registered with the BBB and that someone from the Federal Bureau of Investigation will call me back to verify they are legit. I went along with all this, eventhough I knew in the first 10 seconds, it was a scam. Next Unknown number calls and says, he?s FBI - when I told him, they are running a scam he told me to f... off.
I have now blocked the number with mr. Number. App works great!
But beware this number. It is from Jamaica. They requested I send money to Romaine Clarke.
