he told me to get a green pack money card from Walmart for $299. and then to call them when I got the card and they would come to my house and bring me my prize money of $850,000

The guy had a foreign accent,foreign to the US. He told I had won $850,000 to write a check number down. I asked him what do I need to do to get my money. He told I needed a I D, that is when I hung up.
