Me too, on Maui. Told him he had to be f*** kidding! He called me a bit** and hung up. Really pisses me off when I get scam and marketing calls on my cell phone. I thought I  had protected it and only family and friends could reach me on it. I get ten times the junk mail that I do on my Mac too - hmmm Verizon?  

They just called my boyfriend on his 808 number. He called three times. 1.1 million dollar winner. Just needed to Western Union the taxes on the prize and the check would be delivered by fed ex at 6pm.....4 hours after getting my boyfriends address. Not possible to deliver that fast. He blew it. Said he was a winner for shopping at one of 5 stores. Safeway was the so called winning store and selected my boyfriends phone number randomly. I also just called Verizon and they said a call to or from Jamaica for 20 min alone is $56!!!! And this guy called my boyfriend 3 times!!!!

I think that "Kevin"  has become the scammers  most popular name.  We have "Kevin"  working out of a call center in Mumbai,   Karachi,  Jamaica,  and I understand he also works in  AT&T's  Customer Service Center and occasionally makes  calls on behalf of Microsoft Technical support.

They are at it again.  The 808 seems to prove popular with these folks.  Some gentleman named Kevin called and left a message saying I had won a "second-place" prize of cash and a car.  No amounts or models were stated, but really?  Thankfully, it was just a message, though I imagine I will be hearing from them again soon.

I live in Hawaii and just got this call.

This call supposedly came from Robert Hill out of Guntersville, AL. called me and said that I have WON $250k and a 2013 Mercedes valued at $600k for paying my phone bill on time and shoping at Wal-Mart and Walgreen's (ummmm really?!) He says they would take care of 99% of the taxes due plus pay half of my required 1% but they would have to clear the .5% is paid prior to the delivery of the vehicle and the cashiers check at 1:30pm today. I told the guy that I could pay that once I had the $250k and he kept pressing the issue and I told him I had no money and he hung up on me LMAO!

Lmao lmao lmao...love it. ...Yeah more n more people are catching on to this scam. ..Warn as many as you know so they do not fall for it!!!

Called me just now in Hawaii. I answer "Hello Jamaica", a man says "you want to come to Jamaica?", I say "yeah mon", he mumbles "bbblllaaahhh blah blah you mother f****r" and hung up on me. I was ready for some fun with this a** clown too!

You Did The Right Thing They Are Scammers!!!..U Should Also Report It To Thr Police I See Hawaii Is Another State Being Targeted...Hopefully They  Will Air Something On TV N Send Something Via Mail To Educate People On These scams

This guy just called me too - said that I won $250,000 and a new 2013 car, for "paying my phone bill on time" and if I would be at home at around 2 PM to receive the prize - said that I'd be by my phone.  While he continued to talk, I looked up the number, saw that it was from a foreign country and told him I had to hang up now, and hung up.

This guy  just called me and claimed that I have 250,000 and a car. He kept giving me numbers, and told me this wasn't a fraud. It kind of freaked me out. Will he have any of my personal info?
