Received call from this number saying his name was David Kennedy  from Publishers clearing house and readers digest. He said our numbers were picked and we were the number 2 winner of 3 million bucks.  He asked us to send him 1200.00 by Western union to cover the prize taxes and his fees to clear the winnings in the states since we were in Canada. He then send us a document by email to fill out that came as a Microsoft word document, It had headers on it for " Mega Millions"  with a claim number, transit number and file number.  He said he was calling from New York US but this number is from Jamaica. The document he sent by email was poor wrote with spelling mistakes and grammar mistakes and when you win any lottery they never ask for any money upfront they always take it from the true winning example the taxes.

Do not be fooled they will take your money and run.
