I got a call today from 876-567-8639 saying I had won $950,000 and a car from Pubisher's Clearing House. The woman had a heavy Jamaican accent. She instructed me to write down another number 1-876-283-8856 and talk to Mr. Brown. She insisted I repeat this info. back to her. I told her she is a scam and hung up.

Got a call from a man with a big accent.  Asked if I had signed up for Publishers Clearing House.  Told him not in 10 years.  Then he told me I won a brand new car and $955,000.  All I had to do was call 876-566-9316 and talk to Mr. Brown at ext. 7.  I googled that # and it is a Jamaican phone #, surprise! Of course I did not call.  Ten minutes later this man, Paul, calls me back to see if I had called Mr. Brown.  I told him NO, but was reporting these phone #'s as a scam.  Can you believe he just hung up on me!!!!!!  Can I say SCAM!!!

I got a call today from this number. It was a guy with a heavy accent. He told me he was a UPS driver and I had won a car and lots of money. He wanted me to call a different number to talk to his general manager. I was driving and told him I was and he told me to call him back when I get off the road. It was a scam. I never called back. No idea how he got my number.

I didn't answer but I dialed it back just to see.  Got a recorded message instructing me to call another number for an important message.  I just hung up, and immediately the 876 number called me back again; I ignored it.  Would like to know how they got my cell number tho, pretty sure it's a scam.

Guy calls and tells me he is a UPS driver who wanted to know if I had signed up for Publishers Clearinghouse. I said "no". He then said, "Well you are the third place winner, did someone sign up for you?" I told him "not knowingly or with my permission." He then again stressed I had won and asked a final time if I was sure I didn't sign up. I said "no" a last time and before I could ask for his driver number, he hung up on me. Call out of Kingston, Jamaica from the look of things. I guess hassling and scamming tourists doesn't pay enough. They are branching out to scams of some sort.

Got a call from this number from a man with a heavy accent and he said I had a package from UPS.  And he wondered if anyone would be home.   And then he hung up.   Very scary!!

Yesssssssss it is a scam.......I hate you called the number back cause all you did was rack up some international charges on your phone bill!!

I just received a call from this number as well. The man with the heavy accent requested that I call another number, which I did and another man answered who was obviously disguising his voice as a women. It was comically disguised. I hung up and received another call a few minutes later from the original man. He then hung up on me. It is an obvious scam but I'm not sure what for.

They Will Not Leace A Message....They Call N Want You To Call Back!!..Scam Scam Scam!!!

This number called my cell phone, I did not answer and they left no message.  Not liking them having my cell phone number, I give it out to no one.

I just received a call from this number and some man with a heavy accent said he was with UPS and had a delivery from Publishers Clearinghouse and wanted to know if I would be home to sign for it........I said no and the man hung up on me.........then got scared they were scamming to see if anyone was at home to rob it...............
