JUST AN ADDER, SORRY I DIDN'T SPELL CHECK AND AM IN A HURRY......IT'S A SCAM!

SAID HE WAS WITH UPS IN PHOENIZ AZ (DIDNT SPEAK ENGLISHE VERY WELL) AND ASKED IF I WANTED THEM TO DELIVER MY PUBLIISHERS CLEARIN HOUSE GIFT, WHEN I ASKED WHAT ADDRESS HE WAS I PHOENIX HE SAID IT WAS A PRIVATE LOCATION AND WANTED TO KNOW IF I WANTED MY PRIZE OR IF THE SHOULD SEND TO A CHARITY, WHEN I ASKED HIS PHYSICA LOCATION IN PHOENIX HE HUNG UP ON ME....

Gunnar,  thank you for a GREAT post! If more potential victims took your approach this scam would have ended years ago.

I do wish to note that it is VERY unusual for these filthy animals to operate on a holiday (reviewing the numbers listed today, none of the larger crews are operating.) One might conclude that our aggressive tactics are working and these vile creatures are becoming even more desperate. We have learned a lot about how these Jamaican chiggers run this particular scam but there is still a lot that we do not know (eg. Why has there never been a report of a female chigger making one of these calls? Not everyone in the US has been receiving these calls, so why have we been targeted?)

He's just a scum sucking Jamaican fraud. Ignore the call. If you don't know anyone in Jamaica, and don't do any business in Jamaica NEVER answer a call from an 876 caller. The parasites down there have gotten completely out of control. Luckily, they're also dumber than a box of rocks. Most people have no trouble seeing right through their scams. This has driven them to new heights of desperation. They're nothing, treat them as such.

876: Jamaica the country, not the borough of New York City. NYC is busy today with the Macy's parade. Don't take calls from area code 876 unless you ordered some Red Stripe beer.
