It's another Jamaican scammer. Read this notice from the FTC:

I had exactly the same experience as V above, 500,000 bucks and a black Mercedes. Why would anyone give away a prize that big to someone chosen at random?

They called me tonight and told me that I had won the Mega Million. That tomorrow I would be receiving a black Mercedes Benz and $500,000.00 in cash transfered to my bank. I knew it was a scam. I told him that's not how the Mega Million lottery works, that you would have to buy a ticket and choose numbers. Not your name and number. The phone kept breaking out and I kept asking him how he got my information. He said that the company that I had bought my phone from had entered me in for a drawing. I told him that it was a violation and that I had never given permission to give my name and number away. I kept repeatedly telling him no thank you and he would not give up. He kept wanting to know my bank information and I told him if he didn't not remove me from his scam listing that I would report him to the FBI. He finally hung up.

Called, let go to voicemail, left no message. Who the hell would I know in Jamaica?
