An elderly relative received two calls from this number.  Each time the caller identified themselves as a UPS delivery person trying to make a delivery.  I am reporting them to FTC!!!

This is yet another Jamaican scammer.  Report them to the FTC:

A guy calls at 6:30AM and says he is from UPS in a nearby city and needs to arrange delivery a certified cashiers cheque.  I know nobody that is sending me money for free so I told him to f!@# himself and hung-up.  He was clearly talking with a Carabean accent even though he had something disguising his voice.  This is a scam and it was not UPS calling without a doubt.
