Same thing about winning Mega Millions or Publisher's Clearing House.  That I needed an ID when they come at 1pm.  Then he started talking about other things, with a thick accent that I couldn't understand, about not giving information over the phone.  My caller ID said it was from Jamaica.

Received call about winning mega millions. UPS would deliver package. I needed to buy a green money card. They received my info from IRS because I ay my bills on time.
