I just got this same phone call, same number 1-876-890-5650 - but I won a million dollars. I told the guy I wanted an number to call back as it showed up as "blocked" on my cell phone and I wouldn't give my personal info until I verified. I googled it and read your message. He called me back about 2 min later and said I thought you were going to call me right away, I told him I was not interested in this scam.

Recieved a call fro this number, caller claimed to be representing the US Federal trade Commission.......wanted to give a rebate of $750,000 for sweepstakes non-winners......wanted to get a up front commission of $150.00 ......what a joke.
