We receive calls from this number or similar number that always seem to trace back to Jamaica all the time!  This guy must not keep track of the numbers that he calls because, he continues to contact us over and over about the same thing.  The contact name on the id says it is JM Kingston @ this phone number of course. He begins by informing you that he is from Microsoft, and that they have been doing random checks in your area, and found that your Windows computer is infected by some serious virus' and he would like you to go to a certain website, and allow him to repair the problem.  In all reality, the site he is giving you does in fact allow him to access your computer however, once he connects with it he will probably download every ounce of info from your computer while he pretends to do what he tells you he is supposed to be doing. The issue is, after he is off the phone, these people can dig thru all that info, and find your bank account numbers, your social security numbers, and anything else you've entered on your pc.  Did I say it was a Scam? Oh YES.. it most certainly is!!  I of course knew all about this stuff, and did not give him access, and when he told me my windows computer had a virus, I knew something was up because I don't even own a windows computer.  Of course he called me every name in the book. Sounds like a real official guy huh?   Boy I wonder how many people fell for this. I hope not too many.

"Paul Anderson" called from this number. I am on  three way with the man  (He has told my grandmother he is Jamaican and the number on my caller ID does say the call is coming from Jamaica). While on the phone with him (on mute). He has instructed my grandmother to go to her local drugstore and buy a Green Dot Money Pak card (PAPER) not PLASTIC for $200. A scratch card to be exact.

This is odd to me because I have a Walmart Money Card which is associated with Green Dot and they have never gave me paper anything. I got a temporary  PLASTIC card until I called the hotline and they assured me they would be sending out my card with MY name on it. My mother has also went through Green Dot (bought from Walgreens) and they NEVER gave her a paper anything. So this threw up a red flag for me. I continued to listen to their conversation all the while.

The man was pushy and agitated and he seemed to be in a rush even after she had told him she was confused.. He told her what her address was, zip code, and how she supposedly won the money (just to verify it). Anybody can look up your address and name and say you shopped at such-a-such local grocery stores with the source of an internet. I'm sure he was aware he was talking to an elderly woman (she's 70) but how his dumb...behind ...didn't realize there was another person on the other end (as much noise as I was making) I am not sure. I'm 21. If it wasn't for me being on the other line I am so absolutely sure that this person would have got her in some mess.

He said he was calling from Publisher's Clearing House (You know those people you see on t.v and the people show up at their door with an obesity-check (fat a** check, whole lotta mula) and the person who is there is usually like "OMG !!! I WON!!! ".... -___- Yeah right, a***ole. He told her she won $2.1 Million dollars. Why should someone pay $200 to get their own money? Again. Red Flag. He said that there was someone in the area who was supposed to be dropping off another winner's money off and she was also one of the chosen ones who won.African-American instincts is like "Why the hell would you be riding around in the hood with $2.1 million dollars in your car?" PUH-LEASE! All the while he kept rushing her and trying to get her to the store to pay off $200. After my grandmother has told him constantly she does not have a ride and she would have to wait for a ride and she also doesn't have any money to pay $200 this pushy nut said "Call a Cab".....did you miss the part where she said she doesn't have any money? So he kept asking how long would it take you until I can call again? She said "I'm not sure" and she kept saying it. So he said "Can I call you back?" My grandmother was like "No" and he was like "I'll call you back" (which was the funny part) Why do they allow people to try to run scams on people for no apparent reason?  From what I read on blogs they target elderly and people who are struggling to make ends meet. People shouldn't do that to people.
