What was it about, the papers you got served?

Called my step-mother's cell phone and told her I had put her down as an emergency contact, which I never did.They had a subpena to be delivered to me at my old address.  I googled the number and found all this information and decided not to call them since they have my number.  She said they wouldn't change my old address. She gave them my current phone number but haven't gotten a call yet. That was an hour ago. We'll see what happens next. Will update if changes

They called wanting to contact my daughter who hasn't lived here in a year. I don't know where she lives or how to contact her but I am tired of her bill collector's calling my unlisted number for her issues.  I called today to ask that my number be removed permanently and was told it would be taken off today. We will see!!!

Got a call from a process server threatening me and basically told him to get lost because his information sounded like BS.  got another call 10 minutes later from apparently JW and associates supposedly located in California that Bank of America was going to sue me.  Called B of A and from the info they gave me, this is a scam!

Left a message that I had caused physical harm to someone and I was being sued and have my lawyer contact them. That I had 24 hrs to respond. I recommend not calling them to just ignore them. It's a scam trying to collect an old debt.

a process server called me from this number and said they were delivering documents and this was the final attempt but they were going to my old address. I called in to change the address and they showed up about 45 minutes later.

They said it was to collect a debt and gave personal information. They sent me an email and the information was correct, even had my husbands SSN and DOB correct. I googled the company and nothing showed up. They were threatening to take my husband to court. The red flag was that they called my cousin in another state to tell her that they were calling to serve him papers and that he had to call between 2-4pm in order to resolve this matter. He said they would wait 2months for a payment arrangement. Seems fishy. A real debt collector would try to resolve same day and try harder. Spoke to Alan Morales. Joseph Wells called my cousin.

a proses servicer  called my work and told me to call this number for info or to change service address back to my home address called number they had my ssn, birth date and address if it is a scam how can it have all this information on me

Caller left message for a Doomis Lambert??? (not even close to my name) saying they need a return call from "Doomis" or his/her attorney about a complaint filed . Needless to say, caller did not identify himself or who he was representing, and call came up "unknown caller". Can you say SCAM?

Called wanting to know our company policy on serving employees because they had a employee of our to serve in a hour.  He said he was hired by a law office to call.  No one showed up in a hour to serve anybody.

Who does this number belong to?

Its a scam!

Just got a call from this number, called them back and they identified themselves as jw and associates haven't a clue
