Got a call from Jason Kennedy. Said that they represented Wells Fargo Misrepresented why they were calling. They wanted employment verification, start date and salary.

A man with a less-than-pleasant demeanor called from this number in an attempt to collect a debt from a guy with my same name.  I gave him my full name and the name of the person he was seeking (our middle names are different).  He wanted to compare birth dates.  I told him I had received similar calls concerning this individual in the past, that I was able to locate the debtor in a few minutes by doing an online search from my home computer and that he should be able to do the same, given the resources at his disposal.  He told me, "We do our job here.  Have a nice day," and hung up.

called capital management about an credit card debt explained to them that i was going through debt consolidation she kept asking the name of my bank and who the company was i was going through I explained that they would be getting in contact and negotiating for me. she goes on by putting someone else on the line the old fart who got on the phone said that he has been doing this a long time and why couldn't i give them the information they were requesting and i explained that the only thing they needed to ask me was was I going to pay or not my bank account and all that other information is irrelevent he said that i will call you every single day until this debt is paid, i told him that if he contacted me again i would contact the fcc and file a formal complaint and the states attorney generals office and sue the pants off of them he said that they don't opperate under those laws hahahaah yeah right i got tired of going back and fourth and just hung up the phone.

A Mr. Krooks has called numerous times from this number. He is abusive and makes veiled threats. I did my research because the call seemed fishy to begin with. They were calling in regards to a car loan that was in the rears. I called the bank with which my car loan is being held and they (the bank) informed me that they DO NOT use 3rd party collection agencies to collect on a debt or past due accounts. The opinion of the bank and myself is that this is a SCAM and not a legitimate company. When I called the company back to tell the to a) stop calling and b) they had no right to the account that they were attempting to collect on. The "gentleman" I was speaking with said he refused to listen to my law jargon and told me I was just a deadbeat not wanting to pay my bills. My suggestion would be to get any supposed "debt" that they are claiming you owe in writing and do your research before you start giving out personal or financial information.

I WORK AT A NURSING HOME AND THESE PEOPLE KEEP CALL FOR A RESIDENT.  I CANNOT GIVE OUT INFO ON A RESIDENT AND I AM CERTAINLY NOT SENDING THIS CALL TO THAT RESIDENT.  I DID GET THE SO-CALLED NAME OF THE PLACE.  IT WAS CMSI AND A MR. MONETT' AT EXTENSION 5901 LEFT A MESSAGE.  WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?  HE ALSO LEFT A REFERENCE NUMBER.

Caller stated my full name and the number in question on my answering machine.  There were no other details left on the message.  He sounded very angry.  Scary.

I have received numerous calls at my place of business looking for one of our workers. You can file a civil suit against these people if you can find them. Obviously they are trying to collect a debt and not very business like. I explained that the message they gave me I was not going to give it to our employee because this is a place of business and anything personal related will not be given to them and they give the spill that all they have is this # they called. When you call their # back there is no name of a business given just to hold on the line for a rep. These people need to get a life. They can sure get ugly w/ you too. Lots of crazy people in this world. Just be careful w/ giving out any info. because when you start asking them questions who they are and why they are calling they start getting nuts.

These people called and wanted money for an unknown credit card I supposedly maxxed out.  They would not provide proof of the charges, saying, "its not worth my clients stamps to send this to you."  They yelled at me and I could hear people cussing and laughing in the background.  Does anyone know any useful information about this caller or know if this a scam???  Please respond

these people called and harassed my family also and wanting to speak to my lawyer. They are dumb people anyone know how I can block them from calling to my business and home.
