5 times a day - no message!  I refuse to answer.  Who is this person or agency???

I too, get calls from this number 5 times a day, every day of the week.

I get calls from this number all hours of the day.  When I have answered there is no one on the other end.  I let it go to voicemail and they do not leave a message.  I just stopped answering.

Jessica called me at work.  Believe it is Dell.  asked them not to call me at work.  embarassing.

I get calls from this number. If it is ICS I believe that may be the collection arm of Dell Computers.

I get calls for a guy that hasnt had this number in almost 2 years i tell them i dont know him and yet they still call back, i ask them to remove the number but they wont.  Im not gonna look up the guys # for them just to get them to leave me alone.  They say they have to have a number on file and they cant delete it.  That is such bulls***.

They keep calling me looking for some guy who I know used to have my number. He is dead now. They told me it would take 2 wks to get the number off their list.

I have the same problem... constantly getting calls from them (i am behind on bills) but have made arrangements for them to get paid with the Original creditor's.... yet IC Systems will not stop calling i tell them over and over to STOP and yet they even call my work desk... very very agrivating.. im to the point of just putting the numbers on my blocklist but end up getting a call from yet a different number with IC systems..

I have been recieving calls from this number for about a week now. They always ask for someone different with same last name, several times a day. Yesterday they ask for my brother-in-law, I said "He doesn't live here and never has." They ask "Oh, so you know them?" I say, "Yes" Then they procede to pester me about getting their number, where they work, oh it very important I get in direct contact with them. I tell them I can have him call you. Oh no that's not direct contact, they said. I said so don't call me for him again he doesn't live here never has. I hang up. 45 min later I get a call from them again pestering me for the number. I did finally get a no. out of them so I call to complain. I ask for a manager or someone in charge the man right off asks...is this Mrs. ---- I say yes it is. They ask is this they wife of "my bro in law". They procede to ask for his no. again. I blew up. They hung up on me. Evertime I ask for the name of the company they say it so fast I don't understand.

My daughter-n-law &  my son lived here for a short while (3 mo.), over 2yrs. ago. I receive calls all day and into the evening, at least 5x/ day. I finally labeled it on my cell and just cancel after the first ring. I've been doing this for 2 days, and I think I'm just pissing them off more. But I'm starting to get a kick out of it. It makes me look really popular, but my wife is getting suspicious. Still,... it's not that bad, just annoying.

If your on the Do Not Call list, go to your attorney generals
web site and report them 23 times for that day.
When they call 12 times a day, report them 12 times a day.
Keep feeding their number into the Do Not Call system,
eventually it will cost them money and the calls will stop.
If their phone number keeps showing up reported to the
attorney general 23 times a day and 12 times a day or more,
it will get someones attention.

This company calls my home 7 days a week between the hours of 8am and 10 pm.  This past Sunday I left my home to attend a family dinner. I was gone for about 3 1/2 hours. During this time their number showed up on my caller ID 23 times.  They called the next morning at 8:01 asking for someone not living at my address. I explained to them I was not that person and they hung up on me. However they still call my house an average of 10 - 12 times per day. Now I don't bother answering the call.

I receive 3-4 calls everyday......just called this morning at 8:11AM...I told the woman to stop calling here....she hung up....tried to call back......can't reach anyone....

This comapany calls 7 days a week all hours of the day. All my payments are made on time so do not know what their problem is? I think its a company so agressive, they break all the rules without making sure their facts are true or straight. Its plain phone abuse!  I think its time to seek out an attorney for advice and have a Class Action Law Suite for abuse and mental anguish!!  I've already reported them to my phone company!  Next I will complain to the better business bureau!

I've gotten calls from these people at this number (ICS) and I told them that this person wasn't home, and then the guy got snippy with me stating "well when can I reach her?" I said I don't know and he got mad at me, "well tell me where she is", I said  no, I don't know who you are, and then he said "you need to tell me", I said NO and hung up. rude company if you ask me.

I'm just a person like her they call me all the time for people with the same last name as me, but I don't know them.
Tell her to take the numbers down as if she will give them the message, then tell them that she don't know them and never to call her again, and if they do she has a good legal case, especially if she keeps track of the calls and gets names.

My mother-in-law (82 yrs. old) has received up to 10 calls PER DAY from this co. looking for a person who DOES not, has never lived there!  How does she STOP these calls from coming in????

This is a company called IC Systems.  They are a collection company.

We have no idea who this caller might be. We do not answer calls from unknown people or companies!
