I received a call from this phone #.  The person's name was Kris Adams.  Wanting personal information.

i got a call from a Valerie stating i owed money for a loan i did i let her know i had never done a loan and she stated my taxes can get garnished as well as my wages from work.I'm  about to give her my debit number to pay this off should i not???

I just got a call almost verbatim to yours, also from Valerie. Called from the 757-271-1584 no, left the 877-222-2480 no and when I asked if my son in law would know what CRA was, she said no, and he probably is not aware of what's about to happen, so it's very important that he call right away.

My husband got this same call from someone name Valarie, she would not say what it was in reference to, only said it's about a situation he may not be aware of. She gave an 877 number but on my caller ID is a local number in Greer SC.

I got the same call this morning   from a person named valerie saying the same thing , she asked to speak to my husband,  . I aske her what it was about and she said she couls only talk to him , it was about something that he might need to give a statment  about and he might not know it's going on .
She gave me a number . but on the caller id it's a local number , so  called and it will ring and then go to busy ..

i need to speak to "lc doby" immediately. i said that person was not here. the person i spoke with said she needed to talk to him asap to get a statement. she said her name is valerie (i think she was not telling the truth). i told her i was to give lc the message because the call sounded real scarey. she kept on insisting that i tell him to get in touch with her. i also asked her what did cra stand for and then she hung up, next time i will not be a nice voice at the other end of the phone.

My mother received a call from this number.  They said they needed to talk to my husband and he had listed her as her next of kin.  I called to find out what this was in regard to and they also would not tell me what kind of business this was... kept asking if i would accept services for him.  I said how can I accept services for him when I don't even know what this is in regard to.  She was extremely RUDE... said just have him give us a call right away and hung up on me.

Well, my wife and I called the number and someone calling himself Chris Adams answered. He said that my wife would be sued for a debt (the debt was the result of identity theft). When I asked him for his address so I could send him a letter asking him not to call, he said I could skip that since he is not a collection agency. He said his company was called DR and Associates and then he hinted that we could work out a payment plan with him. So, if he is not a collection agency, what does their company do? Is he an attorney?

I called 877 222 2480. A woman answered. I asked her what kind of business I had reached. She would not tell me. I explained that someone left a message for my wife but he did not give us too much detail, just a case number. She asked for the case number. I said, first would you tell me what kind of business this is that I have reached. She said that "we handle a lot of things and I am very busy" and then she hung up.

My wife received a call from a man calling himself Rasheed Jackson, and said that he was calling from the office of Chris Adams and that my wife may be the target of a lawsuit and asked that we call them back at 877 222 2480. Sure sounded fishy to me.
