They called this morning, both my office and cell phone at the same time.  The message gave a file number and that I had something irregular happening with my social security number and that I needed to call at once.  Well, I'm thinking that since I'm a Life Lock member, I will be contacted if something "irregular" is happening with my Social Security number.  

Well something is irregular when a company hides behind a "Blocked" phone number.  This is a scam!  BBB has them on alert status.  I will not be talking to anyone that calls like this.  Good to have this posting service on the internet!

I Just recieved  3 voice mail from these idiots... i knew right off that something wasnt  right soo i googled the number  and  sure enough  it was exactly what i thought a scam..   they need to be stopped  ...  i have that number  blocked on my phone now

Yes, with these scum organizations they always hang up on you.  
I have often received calls from this one and others like it, and when you are speaking to them, they hang up on you.
They are the ultimate scum.  Try not to let them bother you despite the fact that they are horrible.
Also, you are best not to speak to them going forward, because it does not do any good; when they call, just hang up on them or do not take the calls.

Received threating phone call, they are calling on my business phone.  I owe no debt, any debt I had it is past the 6 year statutations in GA. They are harassing me. Googled phone number, belongs to GSHoldings LLC

They can't have you arrested.  It is just a scare tactic....since payday loans are no longer available in some states, they are trying scrape the barrel....

Continuous calls, have even contacting an old boyfriend and his wife who have been married for 15 years and disclosed information to them as well as my parents.  I do believe that is against the law.

I'm so sick of them calling me how do I get them to stop!!!!

this company called said everything everyone says that there gonna take me to jail for failure to pay a debt that was paid and i had proof of payment i sent to them the calls continued for 3 months 2x a day and then calling my work everyday giving my coworkers and boss a hard time saying they were gonna come and have me arrested at work with a sherriff i called the sherriff and they dont know anything about this or that company. scammers just trying to steal my money

These a***oles keep calling me for a payday loan. I have cancer and can't pay them so they said they are going to sue me. I called the number above and Mrs Davis said she is going to look into it. She said there is no way they can sue since they are in New York and I am in New Mexico. These frauds need to be arrested for lying to people. Its a $300 loan and they said I owe them over a $1000 and must be paid today. YOU CAN COME GET IT FROM ME IN BLOOD!!!

Since this company is operating in New York. When they call ignore them, save their recorded messages. Call 1-800-771-7755. That is the Attorney Generals help line for New York. Karen Davis is the fraud representative. Call her and let her know what liars, and scammers these people are. She is the best bet to get this fraud company shutdown. Remember people these aren't lawyers, or attorneys, they are debt collectors pretending to hold legal merit over you. Don't be tricked by these people. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!

Not only did they harrass me, they harrassed my boss too....totally illegal...even of they were attorneys! Look them up, people do not pay these people they are a complete scam!!!!

This company still calls once a day with their scripted message saying by the end of the day they will serve me. I have been receiving this same message for almost a year now. It's pathetic.

I have contacted you daily for 2 weeks this is NOT the person you are trying to reach. Today I finally got a LIVE person. If the calls continue now I will contact the FCC.

They have called me several times, and when they do...they call 3 of my numbers (home, work cell & personal cell and my husbands cell) all at the same exact time........every phone around starts ringing.  They said they were trying to collect on a payday loan from 2009 and when I told them I didn't have a checking account in 2009 they said the check was written in 2008 but didn't bounce until 2009....just a bunch of bull.  I've sent them a letter telling them to send me verification or loose my phone #.

They called me awhile back.  Another company (or maybe them with a different name?) tried this before and almost succeeded.  They wanted $183.00 credit card only,  no money order.  When I asked for written proof they said no we already sent you enough mail. They wanted a cc to keep "on file" (so they could charge it anytime they wanted) . NOT!!!!! I reported them to the FTC,  the BBB, and the states attorney of Indiana!!  Will do the same with GS Holdings but also to the NY attorney general's office!!!

GF Holdings has called our home on numerous occasions seeking to connect with our stepson. My stepson is over 40 years old and has not lived with us for over 30 years nor have we heard from him for a very long time. When I pressed 1 to speak with a rep, I was put on hold for 10 plus minutes then hung up on by the automated answering service. When I dialed the number (877-225-7952, I was greeted by a male voice that I could not understand, and when I asked him to repeat what he said, he said GF Holdings.When I tried to tell him that he had the wrong number, he asked if I knew who my stepson was and I said yes, but he hasn't lived here in 30 years and we don't know how to contact him, he immediately hung up on me.

Please help this company GS holdings keeps calling, me saying I own money to payday loan place from 2007, when I told them I would check with my attorney. They immediately told me that they would have me arrested.

Anyone who threatens you over the phone in order to make you pay a debt is violating federal law. THis number calls me too. Bottom line, they are fake. They have left the same scripted message for the past 8 months on my phone. They call from different numbers. They say they will show up in 48 hours -- hmmmm...they're a tad late. Report them, block them. I block them with my cell carrier.
