justin used the name david taylor and the real david would verfy the calls... they worked from a condo in mtl.. i was with justin when he worked for him.... also justin is the one who who target the victems.. and at the same time recieved welfare.. and know justin works for the yellow pages using the name david taylor

The company associated with this number is The National Consumers Advisory Service. The person responsible for calling my mother regarding was David Taylor.  This guy convinced my mother that he was associated with securing her bank account from identity theft.  He debited $164.50.  I contact him regarding this type of service and reminded him my mother is on the National do not call list.  He claimed my mother aurthorized it.  We were able to listen to his sales pitch that he recorded. My mom was unable to make any sound judgement that Mr. Taylor was a telemarketer, selling a bogus services.  I was able to research David Taylor's past history through google and found that had been linked with David Tietolman out of Montreal.  I facebook David Tietolman and next to his name was owner of  "The National Consumer Advisory Service".  I confonted David Taylor regarding this matter and he denied knowing or having any involvement with David Tietolman.  Within two hours of that phone conversation David Tietolman shut down his facebook for any public viewing.  So I can only conclud that these two know each other or David Taylor is David Tietolman.   Further research on David Tietolman reveals a strong history of telemarketing scams.  David Tietolman is the son of  Canadian radio mogal Paul Tietolman .  Family member Ari Tietolman is all over the internet pertaining to telemarketing scams.   Further I happened to copy all David Tietolmans Facebook friends prior to him shuting it down.
