How do you know this company is real? The BBB has no information on them at all. What is their physical address? When you call the 877 number they refuse to give you their address or fax number. Where is this company located as it is illegal to verbally threaten someone that they will be arrested for something they didn't do.

I had the same thing happen. I reported it to the FBI I suggest you do the same if they get enough notices they will research it. I have had success with this before.

GOT A PHONE CALL ON 11/18/11 FROM A MS LOGAN PAGE FROM USC MEDIATION, PROCESS SERVERS. SHE CLAIMED THAT I HAD TWO FRAUDULENT CHECK CHARGES; SHE HAD MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. SHE HAD THE NAME OF A REFERENCE. SHE CLAIMED THAT I OWED ACE CASH EXPRESS $300 + INTEREST + COURT COSTS; SHE HAD A CASE NUMBER. SHE OFFERED ME A SETTLEMENT AMOUNT. IS THIS NUMBER A VALID NUMBER?
