This company is a SCAM!!!!! They have been calling me about PDL that I paid. I knew I paid it so I contacted the collection agency in which I paid. They informed that the Advanced Americas systems were breeched and that hackers got a hold of a lot of peoples personal info. That is how this company has the last 4 digits of your socials. Just because they have this information does not mean they are legit. Also FYI you cannot be severed at you job that is only something that will be done at your home. I spoke with so many people at this company. I had one person hit on me over the phone. They tell you that they are out of one state or the next but really they are located in Washington state. I only know that because the person that hit on me was dumb enough to give me his personal #.  do not give them any banking information. I have contacted a lawyer about this matter and I will be pursing this further. They are using number with numerous area codes. They are using numerous company names. And when I told them that I was recording the call which I did and that I had contacted a lawyer he got even more ignorant with me and told me that he was filing my folder out for legal proceedings  and that I shouldn?t contact their office anymore. I would say he knew I wasn?t playing and I don?t think they will be contacting me anymore.

They just had me served with paperwork to go to court in reference to a debt i had back in 2009. Is this Legal?

These people call my WORK number constantly and ask for Patricia Freeman, someone I have never even heard of. They say it's in regards to several allegations they have in their office in regards to a bounced check and trying to defraud a financial institution. I have called them back and asked repeatedly to have my work number removed from their database. They claim every time that it has been removed already and they can't understand why I continue to receive the calls. They never give the name of the company in the recorded message.

Today, for a second time they left a message for my Mother-in Law, who does not live with us about her having written a bad check. They also called my Daughter's former Mother-in Law for MY Mother-in Law and left the same message about bad check etc...

Sounds like they are targeting senior citizens who likely will be scared by their threats.

Just got a phone call from this so-called Resolution Recovery Systems in regards to the fact that I had a fraudulent check that was submitted to them & they were notifying me that I had a court date coming up for collection of this bad debt. I started asking them questions in regards to this debt and they began to get very defensive and eventually hung up. The first call came last night and I immediately went out and tried to find them by doing a Google search on their name and guess what?? so i get a call from these ppl and this guy is saying all kinds of stuff that was pissing me off i asked to spk to someone else and i spk to a woman who explained what this was a pdl and old one however the woman was very pleasant to spk with, they sent me a letter inwriting to show whatthis was and yea i paid it they offered a gd settlement so i took it thanks guys

i gotta a call from R R  SYSTEMS AND SPK with a ms jordan and mr arron they were very nice to me and pleasaNT TO SPK WITH , THEY ABLE TO HELP CLEAR UP ALOT OF MY PDL THEY WERE ALSO ABLE TO HELP ME GET THE OTHER COMPANIES OFF MY BK AND TO STOP HARRASING ME. THEY SETTLED ME OUT FOR LITTLE TO NOTHING. THANKS GUYS

Luckily, they left all if this info in voicemails. I've filed complaints with the FTC, FBI (I have a case number, too, Ms. Jordan, please keep leaving me voicemails that showcase your illegal practices) and the Atty General's office. I encourage you all to report them, as well.

I have a data base with over 200 numbers that called me in the last 3 years. I am working with The FTC and I have been instrumental in getting 5 of these criminals arrested! Sounds like a small number BUT KEEP FIGHTING! Report these Al Sharpton loving skanks to the FTC!!! Google FTC and follow directions. Takes 5-10 minutes but well worth it! The more calls or web complaints, the more priority it gets! It's just a matter of time before this former street walker goes down. Same as Vicki describes. Weird voicemail for someone I don't know left on my cell that I've had for nearly a decade. It sounded like a legal matter, so I wrote down the case number and called back. The guy sounded professional enough, but mumbled or had a thick accent, so I didn't catch a business name or anything. I told him it was a wrong number and he said, clearer this time, "Thank you for your cooperation, have a nice day."  And that was it. Didn't ask for the case number or anything. Hopefully I won't hear from them again.

SCAM all over.  They've been calling asking for somebody I don't know and giving confidential information, when I call them back to tell them they have the wrong number and that they should not been giving this information to anybody, thw "person" who answer said they didn't care and that they were a LAW OFFICE, I told her if that was true they should know better, she started talking and hung up on me.  SCAM!!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

They have been calling me off and on for months. They "have several allegations of bank/check fraud" to discuss. I bet the first thing they want is an acct#. Funny thing is I have not written a check in years and nothing shows on my credit report. SCAM!

I had the same number call me, they also called my cousins and siblings as well. They said they were check fraud investigators working for a company called:resolution recovery systems, their number is 1-877-238-1816. When I had asked them about calling my family etc they told me they did not do this. I got the same info from my other family members. They said I violated an FCC law and they were going to have me thrown in jail. Mind you I do research for lawfirms, this is my occupation. They also said that I was involved in wire fraud etc. When they said that I supposedly done something the statute had already ran and they will try to tell you that it renewed by selling it to other companies is also a scam. I contacted our family attorney to follow up against these people. When I had asked them for their address they hung up on me. I hope this helps others out there. Also if you have to call them back call *67 and then the number that way they can't see your number and it protects you. Also record the call but make sure you tell them your recording their call what how fast they start squirming.

Got a blocked call from this number - waited for message.  They want to sound like police/court system but I think it is a collection call.  They are careful what they say.  They say you have charges and a claim against you and that you have been officially notified.
