They withdrew from my CLOSED Checking Account which was closed over a year ago, but it was rejected cuz it was closed...

This has happen to me also  they were to put my money  the $39 back into the account within 7 To 10 business days when that never happened by the 15 day I was calling and the phone number was no good, so as of yet no refund and unable to reach anyone.... This is totally unexceptable I was requesting help about money and this company swipe the little bit I did which put my account into overdrawn status.

I have contacted FTC and also looked into how to contact them and it seems that they don't have any phone numbers just an email address.

Same thing has happened to me. I called and they said they cancelled the request and that they would refund my money but I have not seen it now I try to call and it rings once and then just hangs up. It caused over draft fees and checks to be sent back because they took money without my permission.

i had the same thing happen to me when i called to inquire about this they said that it was a few for them helping me to get a loan when i told them that i didnt want the loan any more they was having computer issuews & couldnt refund my money so i tried a week later the number dont even ring

I had the same problem.  There are laws against this and they should be prosecuted.  As they are taking money from people in different states it is a federal offense.  There should be a government agency that can investigate them.

I think they are down, no email and no phone, there goes our money, stolen under the FBI eyes, nothing they can do about it.

Same happened with me, people legally rip you off and no one cares!!!

I CHECKED ON MY STATEMENT TODAY & NOTICED THAT 2TRANSACTIONS (34.95 & 99.00) HAVE BEEN DRAWN FROM MY ACCOUNT, PUTTING ME IN OVERDRAFT. I HAVE CALLED AND IM JUST GETTING AN RECORDING FOR ME TO HOLD, NO ANSWER.  I DONT KNOW WHO THEY ARE IGOT THEIR NUMBER OFF MY STATEMENT , BUT WOULD LIKE TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS. I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH LOAN COMPANIES BEFORE & THIS IS NOT THE WAY THEY GO BY DOING BUSINESS. ANY EXTRA INFORMATION WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED ON HOW I CAN GO ABOUT GETTING THIS STOPPED .

REVIEWED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND FOUND THE $34.95 CHARGE..I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS MONEY TO BE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT.. I HAVE CALLED MY BANK TO DISPUTE THIS AMOUNT BUT WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT IF THEY DON'T REFUND THAT CASH..I WILL FORWARD THIS TO THE

i have been scammed by them as well i kept calling everyday and i got hung up on by numerous so called supervisors i finally got an answer today and that they are suppose to refund my money by tomorrow if not i am going to file charges.

THEY ARE A SCAM... I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW.... THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

They withdrew money without my permission too. I have tried to call and only get a recording that says "You have reached us after normal business hours. Please call back during normal business hours." It does not give the name of a business. I will be in touch with my bank to dispute the transaction and may have to close my account.

This Company just withdrew from my account .. without my permission too never did any business with they ..
When I call they won't even answer the phone ....I just want my MONEY BACK......NOW!!!!!!!.....the # showed up in my Account thats how I found out about them....

I have recently filed a report with the Attorney Generals office to try to get some type of help or advise to remedy the situation. This place should be shut down or prosecuted for THEFT.

They charged me without any authorization from me, they say it is a loan fee. People: All the other loan companies do the process in a professional way, never had this problem with any other company.
