Started receiving calls from this number 6/7/14. They start around 8 a.m. and every 3-4 hours after that. With caller ID, we do not answer any 800, 877, etc. numbers. It has been a day and a half. Hoping they will give up like the others.

Getting a call from this number daily.

Claimed to me the Veterans Society.  They called me twice on a Sunday.  I have told them to stop calling us in the past.  When I told them again to stop calling I go no answer.  Do they realize that it is rude to bother people on a Sunday!

I get numerous Calls from 877 241 8308 daily and I would like them to stop. They never leave a Message.

These people keep calling even though we have told them on numerous occasions to stop calling, they won't take no for an answer. They know were are registered on the "do not call" list but this makes no difference to them. As far as I'm concerned they are trying to shake down senior citizens for donations! I consider these calls to be harassment.

This number calls often , relentlessly.  I believe it to be a scammer.

Your calls are so annoying.  I will not ever answer them.  You should be heavily fined for these calls.  Stop, stop,stop before you drive me crazy.

Constant junk calls from this number !

These people will not stop.  Call at least 3 times a week, day or night.  Asked to be removed but they just won't stop.  I've learned you cannot block 877 telemarketing numbers AND being in the National Do Not Call Registry also does not apply to any 800 numbers.  Next time, I will fake my interest, ask them to send me something in writing before I make their donation, so I can show the deduction to our tax accountant.  When I receive their mail, I will send a copy to the At. General office, then respond with a letter threatening of harassment law suit.  Have also previously used a device called the ZAPPER....from Radio Shack.  I've loaned it to my son and he loves it...really does work.  By the way.....we have an unlisted number.  All the good THAT does!

8 calls in a day? Since when is this even legal?

Yes, I too am getting calls from this number -- now about 5x/day.  How can I stop them. I need to call AT&T, but like you said, if you block them, they just call from another #.  I'm at point now that I don't answer phone on landline, unless I know who the caller is (and want to talk to them).   No wonder everyone is getting rid of landline.

THANK YOU EVERYONE for all the information.......  For the last week I have been receiving phone calls every hour till noon from 877-218-8371 then in the afternoon from 877-241-8308 every hour until the evening around 9PM.  Well, they can call all they want, I refuse to give money to anyone who calls us.  We are on the Do Not Call List, and that doesn't help any of us.  I turn the volumn down on the phone, and only answer from family or friends.

I owe no one money, yet I get 6 to 8 calls a day.  Sometimes I get 2 or 3 in a 5 min. period. I just want them to stop.

These people are heartless!  I was getting inundated with charity calls starting early October.  The Breast Cancer/Children's Cancer charity were a few of the harassing callers.  I gave them a donation a few months ago and I regret it now.  They would call several times a day.  One time, the lady asked for a "small" donation of $30.  That's not small, in my opinion.  Now they called twice today.  They try to get slick.  Instead of saying, "Is Miss "Jones" there?  They call you by your first name like they know you.  They did this to me again today and when I asked "who is calling" they just started humming!  Weird and creepy.  They should be ashamed of themselves and no way will I donate to them again.

This number called my 95 year old grandmother and the lady on the end of the line had immediately got on her case for not sending a "promised" gift of $25 to the Breast Cancer Society. Of course, my grandmother had no idea what she was talking about. She told her that she would have to look for it in her checkbook. The b***h had the nerve to demand that she get the checkbook right now. Thankfully, grandma got tired of her sassing and got the woman off the phone. I wasn't at home when this happened but I'm glad that she hung up. I told her that there was four pages worth of complaints and that if someone asked for the checkbook right off the bat then consider that as a red flag (and the attitude). Had I answered the phone, I would have just hit the talk button and hung up (which I always do, unless I'm ticked off).

They started again this morning at 8:08 and will continue through the day.  They have also resorted to getting a local number in our area code so thank goodness for caller ID because that number I blocked - from the toll-free number, it just shows up as toll-free.

Don't know who called because I did not pick up when I saw a number I did not recognize.  Wish they would stop calling

Is this possibly a sex line. Lots of them have cover up identities while looking for the pervert of the house.

I get these calls from this number all hours of the day.  Sometimes at 7:30 Am in the morning !  When I answer no one is there........I wish they would quit calling...I have caller ID and just ignore the number maybe someday they will get the hint

Quit calling my number!  I have read too many complaints about this number. I give to my local charity. You are wasting your time.
