THIS COMPANY REPRESENTED THEMSELVES AS A LAW FIRM AND WHEN I EXPLAINED I WAS NOT THE PERSON THEY WERE TRYING TO REACH, THEY CALLED ME A LIAR. BECAUSE THEY LEAVE PERSONAL INFORMATION ON AN ANSWERING MACHINE, I NOW KNOW MORE THAN I CARE TO KNOW ABOUT A STRANGERS BUSINESS.     CAN'T SOMEONE STOP THESE INFORMATION PIMPS?

This company is collecting debt on the toll roads in Colorado. The toll roads claim they send you bills in the mail, which you never receive, but you do receive a letter from Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson Saying pay now or else we will tack on another 250 fine/fee. My toll owed was $1 I had a transponder and my info was on file i should never have had a "bill" from the toll road. Still I received a bill from Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson with additional fees and fines to total 49.15 and if I don't pay this within 30 days add $250. Its been all over Colorado news and news papers and still they continue to rape people with rediculous fees and fines. They are trying to pay for the big expensive toll road no one uses with blood money!
And yes they are very rude. I wonder how they can do their job and still sleep at night.

This agency is VERY rude and harassing. I have never received a call or letter from these people, and was told that THEY were not required to provide me with "customer service" when trying to collect a debt. When I told them that I needed more information to fix the debt and discuss it with my insurance (who should have paid it but didn't) I was told that they would NOT send me "another" bill because I was "onviously" trying to get out of paying my debt! She further told me that "delinquents" (like myself) don't deserve to have been "nice" to because "I'm" a debtor and she is note required to be anything other than firm and consistent -- because "I" don't listen and don't pay my bills!! AWFUL!!

Agency called and left a message to call them on my vioce mail.  When I called them they verified my last 4 number of my ssn# which was not mine.  Then they verified the spelling of my first and middle intitial which is different.  I explained that I did not appreciate them leaving a message on my personal home phone number when the information did not even match.  The guy said that they had the right and he was rude and a condescending. His name was Josh Destinosa.  I asked to speak to a manager.  I spoke to David Bower who has just as rude the man would not even give me the spelling of the company.  He said that I am making a big deal about nothing.  I don't appreciate collection agencies calling my home and leaving rude urgent messages to random people.  I would understand if the name was the same but it was not!  This should be illegal and against the law.  Where are our consumer rights and privacy???
