They left a message on our answering machine along with a ref#.  I called back-- got a recording, left a message we were unaware of any delinquent bills & to call again.  No response.

This is the fifth time they've called and refuse to tell me what the business is about. They claim to be a debt collection company. Hmmm sounds like a SCAM

I keep getting phone calls from this number it is a recording saying I need to call when I call they will not tell me who or what until I give more information to them.  If they know who they are calling then why should I have to give them more infomation?

They called. I answered. They refused to tell me what business I had with them but stated "because of the HIPA law..." and I said "So this is about a medical bill?" She refused to tell me what it was about and I refused to verify my information. She said she'd "mail me a letter" and I told her she should because I'm not speaking to a company that refuses to tell me what account they are handling.

I too gota phone call on my cell phone  re: this NCO Financial buisiness... (this is after they had the audacity to call usingan automated device ) Anywa, They would not identify themselves when I told tehm that I had never heard of an NCO financial system ) but began asking me to verify my date of birth,etc...I'm thinking  "Sounds like a SCAM to me"...SO I told him he had about 30 secs toidentify himself  or this conversation was over..He said have you gotten letter yet... then he said just hung up...!

Got a call from this number; a very rude woman who would not tell me what it was in reference to, but kept asking me to confirm that I had received a letter, which I have not. I have no business with this company and ended up hanging up on the woman as her tone was unnecessarily rude.
