This number has called me 3 times in 5 minutes. They also use multiple local numbers to give you a call. I made the mistake of answering one of the local numbers one time and now they won't leave me alone. That is not the way to get new business.

Yep, been there done that, even got the T-Shirt for it.  Phone answering policy, if I dont recognize # it doesn't get answered.  Won't miss anything important, cause if it is they will leave a message.  That's why we have caller ID. If a caller is valid in calling and there is a need to speak to me they will at least identify themselves an request a call back. And yes Silverleaf is a SCAM!! Remember I have the T-Shirt!!

Don't answer.....scam waiting to happen

I got a missed call from this number  1-877-269-9407, but left no voice mail. Must of not been too important!

2nd call from (877) 269-9407 on my cell phone this week. The voice mail had a lot of background noise, a woman talking and people in the background.

scam artirst keep on calling calling,...beware. Don't give out your number or address.

Timeshare keeps calling from different phone numbers and different area codes.  I reported to my cell provider who pointed me to a state run database to report them since my cell is on the national do not call list.

They continuously call our house multiple times per day.

Let them foreclose. I have seen many people do this and 2-3 yrs later it's still not on their credit record

They got me to drive out for a free DVD player and a free tank of gas . When I got up from their sales pitch after almost 2 hrs and said give me my prize they told me the DVD players were on back order and I had to fill out a form for the free gas and wait 6-8wks for a voucher in the mail! SCAM ARTISTS!

Silverleaf Time Shares in Flint, TX.  This is the worst Timeshare in the country. Do not even answer the call, it will be some shady salesman that got fired from the used car dealership trying to entice you into coming to a dirty old run down timeshare called "The Villages" or one of their other properties depending on where you live. I fell for the stupid sales pitch and I am living in Timeshare hell now. My dues keep going up, the property reminds me of an old Motel 6, NO ONE will EVER buy it from you, You can't pay someone to take it off your hands! Definately a dump and one of the biggest mistakes of my life! Now they are threatening to "foreclose" on my "property"! Iam behind 2 payments and the total balance is only $6000. A timeshare can't be foreclosed on like a real house can it? I told them to just have it back and resale it to anoher sucker, what have they lost?
