Got a call with no message left.

Arrowhead Hospital Bill Collectors

I've received several message from this number, but it's an automatic message that gives times to return the call. It doesn't state what the business is or what they want. I called them back to check, and the person answering the phone said they were with 'Patient Services'. It's probably debt collection for a hospital, though I thought my payments were all on time.
