They call me at least once a day too. Charter Communications. I finally called and made them put me on the no call list. They said it may take up to 20 days for it to be active.

Charter communications! calling every day about me canceling my service....which I haven't...???...but i will now. Charter customer service is the worst of the worst! If at all possible, dont deal with this company...you will regret the day you signrd up with these idiots.

Charter repeatedly calling about starting services. Initially set up an appointment to start service, then cancelled because wasn't happy with their customer service. They have been calling almost daily ever since. No wonder they're rated near bottom in customer satisfaction in Consumer Reports (magazine).

I was able to get ahold of someone from this number. 877-276-0910. I called around 3pm EST during the week. I spoke to someone live and had them remove me from their call list.

Charter has become a real annoyance to me. It started a week ago when they called to confirm an upcoming service visit to my house. Well, I never ordered anything from them and have told them so at least 3 times. At first I figured they had the wrong number for a real customer. But after several subsequent calls it's now apparent they're just obnoxious telemarketers with no intention of changing their harrassing ways. Also, they're costing me money, as it's a cell phone they're calling. I strongly recommend not doing business with them.

Yep, that number means you are being hasseled still by Charter They don't know how to take no for an answer; one part of the compnay doesn't communicate with the other; worse company I hae ever dealt with; no wonder they have such a lousey reputation.
I should be able to say NO one time, and it should stick throughout their company.
THeir management, and their systems, are really poor.

I called 1-888-438-2427 to have my number removed from Charter's auto-dial call list. They've auto-called my house 4 times and leaving a beeping VMS each time - how annoying is that!! The customer rep said she was able to remove my phone number off their call list immediately. I really hope that I don't have to call them back about this.

Just had a call with them, Charter Comm., they use the "Order Confirmation" angle to telemarket more product to you.

I've had several calls from this phone number also (877-276-0910). It is charter communications. I called 1-888-438-2427 and told the person to have my number removed from their call list immediately or they can come and pick up their boxes, wiring ect. from my house. He said the number would be removed within 2 hours.

Its Charter Communications: I canceled an install appointment (I have longer than I had thought left on my Dish Network contract - was planning on waiting until after that before switch (but won't be going near Charter now)). After that I've gotten gotten repeated calls from Charter at this number and others trying to talk me into rescheduling the install. Blocking the number, and I'm never going near these people again.
