This is all silly in most cases anything under 500 can only be sued in small claims court and you must be served a letter if it was real threat not some crazy harassing phone call. These companies got millions off loans knowing 40%  of the people getting them will not pay them back. That is why they charge you 400% interest on the loan for $300. Anytime you get a loan it is a risk and sometimes they win and sometimes they lose so it's business. That is how the cookie crumbles they already made double off the money they are not hurting to get back $300. They know poor people with bad credit run to these places to pay bills. They feed off the poor and they took a risk and lose and each time they lose a loan they get 10 more I do not feel sorry for these agencies. They need to move on a leave these people alone.

thanks so much for your info hun ive been worried all day i got a call from a guy named mike williams stating that they had a lawsuit against me for a loan i didnt take out n that i should get my termination papers from my job in one hour and that they issued a warrant for my arrest n the police would be coming to pick me up tomorrow.... so i called my police department and they said they had no file on me nor an arrest warrant.... these guys have been callin me n harrassing me for three days so far and i told them that they had nuthin on me so they could do wat they wanted... i never took out a loan in  my life and dont plan to so how r they gonna get me for a loan i didnt file for or get??? its been stressin me out until now... your post has made me feel so much better!!

You are all not alone.  You can rest assured that this is a scam.  Jason Buzak, Joe Davis, Megan Lundy, Mike Brady, Melissa, Keith Marshall and Richard Ziolkowski among many others are part of this scheme.  They attempted to extort $500 from us but unfortunately for them I think with my brain and I used to be in real collections.  Their forceful tactics are illegal and it would appear they have been in 'business' for at least 3 years under a myriad of corporate entities and business names.  I've linked here all of the links I came up while preparing my dossier on them.

HR, This is HILLARIOUS! Same exact thing happen to me today except for when I called the # and asked for Dave Conner the lady who answered, her name was Megan and she said the same thing. No one with that name works for them and that he was a process server. LOL!!! Then why in the F--k would he leave info with a so called Reference # and  then leave the 877 number to call him back. It's all so frickin laughable! When they F--k with me they're not f--king with a dummy. I screw with 'em when they call me. I figure hey, they pester me to know end then I'll do the same. I called the a** holes and harassed their a***s for about 4 hours one day several months back. I told them I had nothing but time and about two house into me calling them back making up names of people to ask for like..( Shirley Able) (Hugh G. Rection) (Anita Fugalott) (I.P. Freeley) And so on....you get the point. anyway they got so sick of it that they ask me how sad was my life and asked if I had anything better to do other than to call them. I told them my life was frickin peachy and no I didn't have anything better to do and that my day was pretty open and that I'll probably keep calling untill I got tired or something good comes on TV. She told me that I was being recorded and I told her. and...... Tell someone who gives a s*** cuz I'm crazy and I don't give a s***! LOL. So they give me about a 4 month break each time and it's usually different scams but whatever, it just seems as though I'll be f--king with 'em again for a while. There are so many scams going on around here and I think I've been hit by 'em all. I screwed with one of 'em for so long one day that they BEGGED me not to call  them back and said they didn't want anything from me. LOL!!! IT'S REALLY COMICLE! Oh yeah I remember one of the scams a while back where they called and said they where from my local sheriffs department and he had a summons to deliver to me and I needed to give him my physical and mailing address. I asked him where my local sheriff dept was and he stuttered and couldn't tell me. I asked him to give me the local number to my local sheriff's dept. again he stuttered and couldn't tell me. Then he got pissed and said he was coming to arrest me. I BUSTED out laughing and asked him how if he didn't have my address. then he said he was gonna get me fired from work. Once again I laughed and told him I worked for myself, that I was a prostitute. (not really) just screwing with 'em. He said then that he had my address and he was coming to arrest me. So I asked him how long it would be before he got here cuz I had to go get groceries. He was FURRIOUS by this time. he said I'll be there in 20 min. I said ok now hurry up, I got s*** to do. So 1/2 hour went by and I called him back and when he got on the phone I asked him what the hell was taking him so long. I said I got groceries to get and I couldn't wait on him all day that if he wasn't here in 10min.to arrest me then I was leaving. LOL. Another 15 min. went by and I called back again when he answered the phone I said "Where in the hell are you at" And he hung up on me!!! I frickin LOVE IT!! Never ever ever confirm anything even if they have your name, ss# address where you work where your family works NEVER confirm NOTHING!!! either denie who you are or f--k with 'em but never confirm or give ANY info. I've worked in a business and this is not how people do business. And by the way, these where very much scams. I owe nothing no loans of any type no cc's no title loans nor payday loans and I never was a check writer I maybe use to write maybe 5-10 checks a month and in the past 4 years I write 0! Only thing I owe is reg bills and hospital and doctor bills so these scamers can BITE ME!!! LOL.. Good luck and don't worry. They wanna see you sweat  ;) And I don't and that pisses 'em off. LOL  ;)

I received a call from these people today. the woman who answered said her name was Lisa, but the guy who left a message on my voice mail was David Connor when i asked for him I was told that they didn't have a David Connor working there, but he may be a process server. these people asked me to pay them $1361.00 which is about $1000.00 more than my original loan. so i contacted my lawyer who told me that their threats were illegal so i called them back and asked what court issued the summons and was told that there would be no record at the court until I signed some papers. Seriously people do you really think I would sign anything for you to take me to court?????? Not gonna happen. They are fake and only want to scare you.

Mandy...very nice post,,yes they can take you to court only in the legal states where the pdl is allowed to operate,,i doubt very much they will take you to court in the illegal states of course they will threaten to take you to court but they wont do it,,,all you have to say to the judge YOUR HONOR I JUST FOUND OUT THAT THIS PDL IS ILLEGAL IN MY STATE....one or two things might happen..
the judge throws out your case and fines the pdl thousands of dollars
make you pay back what you borrowed minus interest fees and processing fees and fine the pdl thousands of dollars,,
that's why in the illegal states the pdl hires the low life collection companies because these low life's will lie to you to make there commission

I use to work for a payday loan place, sad but true. U can be taken to court if you dont pay, but the worse thing is u get a wage garnishment. Most companies dont like to do them unless they know for 100% where you work. But on the flip side im getting calls from these A**HOLES!  leaving me these BLAH BLAH messages about a court summons for bad checks. 1st off IF i was even to get a phone call from anyone it would be from my DAs office not some jerk in a call center. They damn sure dont give you the choice of attempting to keep this matter out of court. Also you DONT get summons over the phone, it comes certified US Mail or by some one in the clerks office. I know this for a fact. Make sure payday loans are even legal in your state for one, then call your Atternoy Generals Office to make sure its not a scam. If you have a case number, which this guy said i had, then there is a summons which i can find no record of lol, so why are u giving my the chance to keep this out of court? Shouldnt that be something myself or my Atterny disscusses with the ppl that are sueing me? Also they break to many laws just by leaving message. a collection message should state at most " My name is So n So please return my call at whatever number as soon as possible. They should never state the company name, the nature of the call or leave in of your personal info on a VM, this is incase someone else hears the VM and it totaly violates every privacy law, if it the loan is legit that cant do it cause you sign a privacy agreement when taking a loan. These ppl make me sick! all this is, is a dumb lame scare tatic to force ppl in to paying money they dont owe.....These guys are just buying your info from ppl. Dont worry at all, tell them to summons to, if you owe the debt, go the court house and pay it...and thats it. Also legit collection companies can run your credit...i had no spot on my credit where they did either..... But if you dont think this is a scam or just want to double check...follow these simple steps:

1) Pull Your credit, see who is tryin to collect on you
2) Contact your Atterny Genrals office, state your case, they should be able to tell you
3) If they leave some case number or what not, call your local civil court and check the case number
4) Do a back round check on your self

After this is all said and done here are some tips that can help you in the future.

1) Reg your number (if you choose not to change it) on  www.donotcall.gov website, this takes your number from telemarketors.
2) Google your name and city such as John Doe, Lakeville AL and see what comes up. This is because there are so many websites where ppl can look you up for free and get free info like your name, cell number, house address and email, and possible family member (which they can look them up too) this is without paying a dime, others you need to pay for for certain information, but you can each one of these sites and have your info removed....I DID! (Its legally tho, everything they have is considered public info)
3) Avoid any internet offers like online payloan company, some are legit, your state website should have a list under small loan and approved internet venders.

A fiends mother also got a call from this number, message left on phone stating they are going to serve her and the county records clerk will be finding out all about her business finances to collect a bad debt.  Stated if she did not respond, police would be summoned.

This lady is 88 years old, no car, no credit card, no checking account, hasn't been out of this city for about 3 year.  Her daughter handles all her affairs and has done so for about 10 years.  She was petrified, shaking, crying and our local police dept. said there was nothing they can do - not enough funds.  It took some doing to get her calmed down.

These slumbags are probably off-shore and enjoy this - God'll get them
