Another number for the teeth whitening product scam.... this one is for Clean White which is sold in tandem with Dazzle White.  Other aliases: Health Cleanse, Health Smile, Ultifresh Well, Pristine Health.  Several numbers provided have been disconnected/no longer in service.  Contact your bank and/or credit card company!!!  Thanks to all those with similar posts about these companies.

It's a huge scam - cleanwhites, dazzlewhite - the whole lot of them ain't nothing but a bunch of thieving crooks.

Report this fraud a www.FTC.gov and www.ic3.gov

This number is associated with Dazzle Smile tooth whitening system and appears to be a sell out of the credit card number of the order.  Calls comes in from 626-273-8210 or 623-239-4511 asking for confirmation of the Dazzle Smile and offering an "additional gift"; however, the additional gift comes from an associated company, www.cleanwhites.com.  The original order arrives and the additonal "gift" arrives accompanied by a credit/debit charge of 49.95.  Customer care phone numbers, "The Beauty Club", 866-847-7659, and "Cleanwhites" 888-727-4445, play the same messages and do not respond, even after repeated calls and messages. This is obviously a large scale scam.
