Yep, same thing guy called me couldnt tell me what it was about but gave me the number and a claim number and called the number that had a recording that stated there was no operator available.  Definitely a scam situation.

Hi Shill.  First, you admit to "blowing off a debt".  Shame on you, that is really despicable behavior.  Second, you claim to be the type of person who willfully evades obligations yet you show up here to say "hallelujah I took care of my responsibilities"

Just crawl back under the rock you came from.  You aren't doing anything here except planting false information for a group of illegal collectors who are clearly violating the FDCPA based up the information provided by other posters

So far, this "firm" has called both of my brothers, my sister, my father, my youngest daughter, and now I got 2 calls in a row (that I didn't answer as it shows up "Restricted" number.  Both times, left a message - all about my oldest daughter, saying she has a "claim against her" and the message was speaking TO my daughter saying she has now been notified.  The caller had such a strong Hispanic accent that there was no way I could understand the name of the company or who it was claimed to be calling.  There is a HUGE scam going around like this - my daughter has notified the police.

they called about debt that i owed, which is true i blew off the debt, said i was being pursued for the matter, everything was correct i took out a pay day loan, i owed the debt so i took care of it there

Just another scam company trying to scare you into paying money you don't even owe.  Do your homework people!!

Some one left a message with this number and a case number and at the end of the message he states I was notified, the voice sounded more liake a maching than a person....I blocked several other weaird numbers now I am getting calls from an unknown.  This is just crap  

I received a call from an unknown number (someone that serves court orders) and stated he was unable to provide any information other than "call 8773063654 with your claim number.." blah blah blah. after calling the number, its a business that deals with court orders claims and is trying to find the "right" person from who to get-money-out-of im sure.

They called my wife about my brother owing money for something (my wife and brother dont even live in the same city), but would not divulge how they got my wife's number.  I call the number back every hour and let the "operator" Kyle know how i feel.
