Ok so I just got a message left by the same number but a different extension (308) and this person's name was Jeff Miles.  So I goggled the number and see all of the comments above.  I'm certainly not going to call them as I have no idea who they are, what they want nor do I owe anyone any money thank the good lord.  BUYER BEWARE.  

Great I wished I wouldve read all this before they scammed me i owed and so I paid it through this crap and now the payday loan Loanpoint Usa is calling trying to collect I told them I already paid and they told me they show no payments so I try calling David Anderson back and the number I called to pay when someone amswer they say its a Dentist office and its the same number I used back in May to pay. both the numbers i have 877-312-7831 and 800-595-9623 one isnt accepting calls the other claims to be a dentist office ! I feel screwed !!! I did owe a payday loan and how these people got my name and number I do not know ! But I bank statements where I paid this but now someone from USC name NEAL is calling saying it isnt paid his number is 888-456-1524 for all I know this is a scam to -he is stating if I dont pay 400.00 today they will come arrest me ! do what ever i guess

Stating there a detective when they call and you call the number back and it goes to a manhart and associates........very weird and they say that you have a judgement against you and have to appear in court and when you ask them for the court and docket number they hang up....SCAM

August 12th, 2010. Claims to be David Anderson (Acct Manager) from ManHart, Kline in New York. Originally called my place of Employment and told the Store manager that I could expect to be served with a summons and they were going to 'garnish my wages'. This nearly cost me my job at the time.
When i returned their call, I said that i wanted the name of the 'client' that was filing claim, and what the claim was for.
Seems kinda funny to me that the message i received after that was that he had no idea what i was talking about and yet, in a follow up communication, he claimed that they've tried to contact me about this, and yet I haven't received any such attempted communication via postal service (like they're supposed to).
Any ideas?

got a phone call at work on sept. 24 saying they were going to garnish my wages.....dont know who they are .....havent recieved no paperwork or anything.....stupid

Had a voicemail stating i was going to be issued a summons and to call the outside party of David Anderson at this number. I called the number and low and behold David Anderson anwered the phone. So i asked him why he called me in the third person leaving a message. Then he had trouble finding my paperwork and i was on hold for about 45 seconds before i hung up. Dont know who it is, but he can call my job and harrass them all he wants. i dont like them just as much as i dont like him.

I've dealt with MKA personally and the one thing I do know is that they can and do obtain judgements. How do I know? Because they've obtained one against me without me even knowing they were trying to reach me!. Everyone's going to do what is in their best interest, of course, but I would advise at least contact them before you make a decision to blow them off.

The same thing happed to me this morning -- i get this blocked number on called id at work -- this guy states that he is a process server and he was required to make 1 attmept to contact me by phone before he served me at my job -- left a contact number 18773127831 ext 301 --- hahaha!! i called the number back and there are no 3 digit ext. press# 1 for scott lamay.... the phone rang serveral times when "mr. scott lamay" answered the he sounds just like the process server he said that some company i never heard of loaned me money I asked who is the company... i told him that i have no idea what he was talking aboout he said "is there a reason you have an attitude" (are you serious dude) i again told him in my firm but assertive voice not to contact me by phone -- he said well we will see you in court and there is a wage garnishment attached to this order.... I FINALLY SAID DO WHAT YOU DO!!! --- i am sending a cease and desist asap!!!

They can't garnish your wages or anything. The only people who can garnish wages is IRS & child support & federal student loans that weren't paid.

Received a call from Scott Lamay at this number with an extension of 301.  I talked to him and told him that I would get with my bank so that they could print me out a statement dated back to 2009.  He said the loan was for $300 with Quickencash.net.  I have never heard of this place and don't recall doing a loan with them.  I called back today and there were only 2 one digit extensions.  David Anderson answered and said that Scott Lamay does not work there.  I told him that I had cops and detectives checking this situation out.  After about 30 seconds he found my paperwork and told me that it was resolved yesterday that he discovered that the debt had already been paid.  This is so exhausting.  I still am not 100 percent sure that they are fraud or a real company with someone using their name and number.  It's definitely worth calling and trying to resolve or get information.

yes, a David Anderson called me also stating he was the lawyer but he called and left the message on someone else ext at my job about me and that illegal.  He also said it was not him it was Scott Lavay or Lamay whom he said he did not know.  He said they were going to serve me on my job....whoever these ppl are they are not truthful......

Received the exact same phone call, so the first thing I did was call the court house to see if I was being served, they said no, but had me to call the sheriff's department to see if their was a scott
lemay who is a processor.  Advised by them that there is no scott lemay employed by them and
asked me to come in a file aa complaint.  Seems this is not the first time.  I also spoke with david
anderson who states he does not know a scott lemay, but the voice does sound the same to me also.
In checking out  manuhart , klein &
Assoc., they are very shady.  I am follwing thru with a criminal complaint and am meeting with my
own attorney regarding a civil suit.  They also called my office and left all this personal info with our
receptionest which is against the law in florida.  Hope he shows up here with his paperwork, he will
be arrested.  I am too old, 68 for this kind of harrassment.

This is the number for Manhart Klein & Assoc, a mister david anderson.  Very shady company.  Be
careful /
