Same thing here - they're calling my sister looking for me saying they have "Orders" and there is a Claim against me, eluding to a warrant but not specifically saying so...Basically, they go online, find who you're associated with, determine if they can find a # for them then hound them in hopes they will get to you. Ask your family members to ask them to stop calling. They must based on the federal guidelines surrounding the fair credit reporting act...

whats wrong with this guy first of all he is calling the wrong number coz he is asking for a girl that we dont know and also when i call back to tell them they got the wrong number they dont answer and yes he was talking about pressing charges and a claim against that person who is looking for plzz i need to stop him

I did pretty much said the same thing to be and that the guy named Tim said he was a private investigator and he called my old job and was coming there the next day to serve me papers.Its a scam!! O Ya and he keeps calling me from brunswick ohio.

They have been calling my family, my sisters ex husbands dad looking for me. Telling them they have a package for me or I have a warrant for my arrest, which I know I don't. Hounding them every day leaving messages.

My parents got a call from a private number looking for me (under my maiden name) regarding charges that were pending in Colorado. I haven't lived there for 4 years no. Shortly after I talked to my parents, they called my cell phone (Unknown) and the guy said he was looking to serve me and needed my address. I asked him what this was regarding and he said that it was a sealed document with pending charges. He gave me the number 877-313-4707 and a case number to call and reference. I asked him where he was located because he repeated that he needed to serve me, and he said Aurora. I told him I don't live there and haven't for a while now and he was surprised and said "oh you don't?" Then he repeated to call me by my maiden name and I told him that wasn't my name either "and he said oh it isn't?" The guy didn't even know what he was talking about regarding me or "my case". He said he didn't know what the details of the "case" were and said that he would have to resubmit the paperwork since I'm not in Aurora,CO anymore. He also then told me that this was him notifying me and to consider myself served. I told him umm yeah okay even though I have no idea what this was regarding. He then told me to have a good day. I looked up my info at the court records in Aurora, CO and there is nothing listed there under my name... I would definitely say that this is a scam! If they still call me by my maiden name and have to contact my parents to find me, I'd say they are fishing.

I got three back to back calls from a restricted number. I let it ring until it went to my voicemail, then they would hang up and call again. Finally, on the third time, a lady named "Autumn Jerome" left me a message saying that I had charges pending and had a file number. She proceeded to leave the number.

I need to know who this is. they are harrassing me, and threatening me, and calling my work.
