Voicemail from this number saying please call us at once regarding an important matter. I called back a woman answers and says what number did we contact you at? I asked who is this? She wouldnt tell me just kept asking for my phone number. I hung up.

They call me a few times a day and never leave a message. The one time I answered no one was there. When I called back it answered like a fax machine - just a loud whinny noise.

I also called back to inform them they have the wrong number. I blocked this number using the Mr. Number app and can see they still continue to call! Stupid people. Waste of time.

It started and I don't anwser any ph # I don't know but after they kept calling I anwserd it and no one is there and they never leave a message

I have all my calls forwarded to google voice. google voice filters out unwanted calls. So I never get these calls anymore. it even plays the number has been disconnected message to the blocked call.

this call is from capital management, a bill collector, possibly Bill me later or paypal.

please hold for an important communication, then it repeated 40 times (all on my voice mail) the guy answers and starts yelling asking for my dead grandmother. it's all on a 4 min voice mail!

collection for credit one credit card. very rude.

This # calls me from morning until night. Sometimes 5 times per hour. Nobody is there when answered. This phone # I received from T-mobile was freshly recycled and I have recevied multitudes of collection calls for other people. I do not have collectors after me so it is unfair that I am being harassed. T-mobile would do nothing to help me unless I wanted to pay $5 a month. Why should I have to pay for a service that I need because they gave me this #?

Westie..your are correct i got a call from this same number calls me 10 plus times a day, come to find out I had a account with Sprint PCS over 9 years ago I didnt pay cause I was mad at Sprint and they sent this account to them. Try to collect from me you rude people statue of limitations have expired. My attorney friend told me collection agencies like this one buy old accounts from companies at pennies on the dollar and try to collect from you and harass you, the agent gets a commission percentage on the amount of monies collected. I told them statue of limitations expired they hung up cause know I was correct.

This number is Cardinal Recovery Management...Settlement division of a collection agency..rude s.o.b. calls every hour on the hour sometimes every 45 mins starting around 11:30 am eastern time till 8:30 pm so this company may be in the pacific time zone. I just let it ring call all you want wont talk to you ever again.Never leaves a voice mail..dont make the same mistake I did you see this number on your caller ID dont answer it.

I don't know how, but any time this number calls my phone it automatically answers itself. I've tried everything to make it stop, but it just keeps happening. This has never happened with any other number before.

bill collector rings my phone and scares my wife when i'm not home.

This number calls my cell phone 4-6 times per day.  No one ever speaks when I answer, and no voicemails are ever left.

I recieved a call also so I called back its Capital management services a collection agency

Left a message on my machine saying "Hi this is Linda we have a special offer for you please call 877-335-6859 for more information thank you".

Caller ID said "Blocked Party"
